Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method, a system and a computer readable recording medium for controlling the functions of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology. More specifically, the present invention performs contactless communication with a contactless IC card mounted in a mobile communication terminal device to obtain identification information of the mobile communication terminal device, and stops / stops at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device. A method, system and computer readable recording medium for controlling regeneration remotely.
In recent years, with the development of mobile communication technology, mobile communication terminal devices such as mobile phones and PDAs have become widespread and their application areas are also expanding. According to statistics in July 2008, the number of mobile phone subscribers in South Korea exceeds 45 million, with one mobile phone per capita. Among them, there are 15 million subscribers using mobile phones capable of 3G mobile communication. .
As such, as most people have mobile phones, many problems arise due to indiscriminate use of mobile phones in places such as classrooms, meeting rooms, etc. where quietness is required, or in public places such as libraries and performance halls. For example, lower grade elementary school students often use mobile phones in the classroom during class, which may cause problems such as blurring of class atmosphere and deterioration of personal academic ability.
Conventionally, in order to minimize the problems caused by indiscriminate use of a mobile phone in a public place, a user directly switches the alarm mode to a vibration mode or turns off the mobile phone. Because it relies on manual operation, the process is cumbersome and can be skipped inadvertently, which is insufficient to solve the problems caused by the use of mobile phones.
On the other hand, recently spreading mobile communication terminal devices not only perform essential functions such as a call function and an e-mail transmission / reception function, but also use a contactless integrated circuit (IC) card (or smart card) such as a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) card. ) Also enables contactless communication. According to this, the user can easily exchange data between the external communication system and the mobile communication terminal device by merely accessing the mobile communication terminal device to a predetermined reader or writer. Such a contactless communication method may be used in various fields, for example, to identify a subscriber with a mobile phone, or to an electronic payment system for public transportation charges, an access control system for maintaining security, and the like. .
Accordingly, the present inventors have invented a method, a system and a computer-readable recording medium for remotely controlling the stopping / reactivation of a function of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology.
It is an object of the present invention to solve all the problems described above.
Another object of the present invention is to enable a function of a mobile communication terminal device to be stopped or reactivated remotely.
In addition, the present invention performs contactless communication with a contactless IC card, such as a USIM card mounted on the mobile communication terminal device, so that the user simply accesses the mobile communication terminal device to a predetermined access device. Another object is to enable remote control of the functioning / reactivation.
Representative configuration of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling a function of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology, comprising: (a) performing contactless communication with a contactless IC card mounted in a mobile communication terminal device; Obtaining identification information of the mobile communication terminal device, (b) determining whether at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device are stopped with reference to the obtained identification information, and (c) the mobile communication There is provided a method comprising remotely stopping or reviving at least some of the functions of a terminal device.
The contactless IC card may be a USIM card.
The contactless communication may be performed based on RFID.
In the step (b), the access information for the mobile communication terminal device may be referred to further. The access information is information on whether the mobile communication terminal device has been accessed through contactless communication. At least one of information on a suspension state of each function of the mobile communication terminal device, information on an accessed time, and information on an accessed place of a.
In the step (b), when the mobile communication terminal device is accessed through contactless communication, if the function to be stopped is determined to be in a normal state, the function is stopped and the target to be stopped is determined. If the function is in a stopped state, it may be determined to revive the function.
In step (c), the indication information about the determined stop may be transmitted to the mobile communication terminal device.
The method may further include transmitting, to the mobile communication terminal device, information about an event occurring while at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device are stopped.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for controlling a function of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology, the contactless communication with a contactless IC card mounted in a mobile communication terminal device to perform contactless communication. An information obtaining unit obtaining identification information of the device, determining whether to stop at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device with reference to the obtained identification information, and determining at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device. A system is provided that includes a management unit for remotely stopping or resurrecting.
The contactless IC card may be a USIM card.
The contactless communication may be performed based on RFID.
The management unit may further refer to access information for the mobile communication terminal device, wherein the access information includes information on whether the mobile communication terminal device has been accessed through contactless communication, and the movement at the time of access. At least one of information on a stop situation of each function of the communication terminal device, information on an accessed time, and information on an accessed place.
When the mobile communication terminal device is accessed through contactless communication, the management unit stops the function if the function to be stopped is normal, and stops the function to be the object to be stopped. If it is, it may be determined to revive the function.
The management unit may transmit, to the mobile communication terminal device, the indication information regarding the determined stop or not.
The system may further include an additional information notification unit for transmitting information about an event occurring while at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device are stopped to the mobile communication terminal device.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling a function of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology, comprising: (a) performing contactless communication with an external system to obtain identification information of the mobile communication terminal device; And (b) stopping or reviving at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal device with reference to the indication information received from the external system.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for controlling a function of a mobile communication terminal device using a contactless communication technology, the contactless communication device performing contactless communication with an external system to transmit identification information of the mobile communication terminal device. There is provided a system including a type IC card section and a function stop section for stopping or reviving at least some of the functions of the mobile communication terminal apparatus with reference to the instruction information received from the external system.
The contactless IC card unit and the function stopping unit may be mounted on a USIM card.
In addition, there is provided another method, system, and computer readable recording medium for recording a computer program for carrying out the method for implementing the present invention.
According to the present invention, it is possible to remotely stop the voice call function, SMS function, etc. of the mobile communication terminal device, thereby preventing the user from indiscriminately using the mobile communication terminal device in a place where quietness is required. .
According to the present invention, by performing contactless communication, the user can remotely control the stopping / reactivation of the function of the mobile communication terminal device by simply accessing the mobile communication terminal device to a predetermined access device. It is possible to simplify the user interface for stopping / reactivating the function, thereby inducing the voluntary participation of the user.
