Abstract
The present invention discloses a three-dimensional printing machine. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional printing machine, comprising: an adhesive fountain containing an adhesive; A first roller for moving the adhesive; A second roller pressurizing the first roller to transfer the adhesive to a print object; A third roller which transfers the printing object to which the adhesive is transferred in association with the second roller; And a fourth roller disposed adjacent to the three-dimensional object storage unit and transferring the three-dimensional object stored in the three-dimensional object storage unit to the transferred object to be printed, wherein the three-dimensional object transferred through the fourth roller is pressed by the third roller. The adhesive of the print object is attached at the transferred position. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that the three-dimensional object can be printed continuously.
Description
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional printing machine, and more particularly to a printing machine capable of printing a three-dimensional object such as beads to a printing object in a convenient manner.
In general, printing is a process of engraving a predetermined pattern on a printing object such as paper, fabric, or wallpaper, and conventionally printed letters or patterns on a plane.
However, as the user's desires are diversified, there is a growing interest in not only flat printing but also three-dimensional printing for forming a predetermined pattern of three-dimensional objects including beads (glass beads), stone powder, and metal products.
According to the prior art, a method of spraying an adhesive in a predetermined pattern on a printing object such as paper, wallpaper or fabric for printing a three-dimensional object and then attaching a three-dimensional object such as beads thereon is mainly used.
At this time, the attachment of the three-dimensional object is used to spray the three-dimensional object as a whole to the printing object, and to remove the three-dimensional object that is not attached to the adhesive.
However, this method has a problem that the process is cumbersome because it has to repeat the process of randomly spraying the three-dimensional object and shaken it out, and there is a problem that the three-dimensional object is easily separated from the printing object due to the weak adhesive strength between the three-dimensional object and the adhesive. Furthermore, there is a problem that it is difficult to continuously perform three-dimensional printing.
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, to propose a three-dimensional printing machine that can print a three-dimensional object with a strong adhesive strength to the printing object.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional printing machine capable of continuously printing three-dimensional objects on a printing object.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a three-dimensional printing machine comprising: an adhesive fountain (fountain) containing an adhesive; A first roller for moving the adhesive; A second roller pressurizing the first roller to transfer the adhesive to a print object; A third roller which transfers the printing object to which the adhesive is transferred in association with the second roller; And a fourth roller disposed adjacent to the three-dimensional object storage unit and transferring the three-dimensional object stored in the three-dimensional object storage unit to the transferred object to be printed, wherein the three-dimensional object transferred through the fourth roller is pressed by the third roller. A three-dimensional printing machine is provided, wherein the adhesive of the printing object is attached to the transferred position.
Preferably, the surface of the first roller is formed with a plurality of first recesses containing the adhesive, the first recess may have at least one of a cone shape or a truncated cone shape.
Further, according to the present invention, a plurality of second concave portions in which the three-dimensional object is contained is formed on a surface of the fourth roller, and the second concave portion may have at least one of a cone shape or a truncated cone shape.
The second recess preferably has a depth such that at least one solid is disposed side by side in one layer.
In addition, the three-dimensional object storage unit is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fourth roller, it is preferable to include a guide portion formed on the lower side of the fourth roller.
In addition, the bottom surface containing the three-dimensional object of the three-dimensional object storage portion is in close contact with the fourth roller is disposed at a position higher than the bottom of the fourth roller, the bottom surface of the bottom three-dimensional object storage portion of the one outer peripheral surface of the fourth roller The guide part may be provided to closely contact the three-dimensional object transferred to the fourth roller.
According to another aspect of the invention, a three-dimensional printing machine, three-dimensional storage unit containing a three-dimensional object; A three-dimensional object transfer roller disposed adjacent to the three-dimensional object storage part and configured to move a three-dimensional object stored in the three-dimensional object storage part to a printing object in which an adhesive is transferred in a preset pattern, wherein the three-dimensional object storage part includes the three-dimensional object moving part There is provided a three-dimensional printing machine including a guide unit for preventing the three-dimensional object already transferred to the roller to be separated from the outside of the three-dimensional object conveying roller while moving to the printing object.
According to the present invention, a concave portion having a predetermined shape is formed in each roller for attaching a printed matter, and a three-dimensional object can be printed on the object to be printed in a continuous manner by inserting the printed material one layer into the concave portion.
In addition, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that the three-dimensional printing in a continuous manner by forming a concave portion corresponding to the three-dimensional attachment roller in the roller containing the adhesive.
