건물의 외벽(11)에 고정되는 지지브라켓(10)과;
상기 지지브라켓(10)에 의해 양면이 지지고정되고 전면에 서로 대응되는 제1/2부착면(21)(22)이 형성되며 상기 제1/2부착면(21)(22)의 중앙에 요입홈(23)이 형성된 단열바(20)와;
상기 단열바(20)의 요입홈(23)에 요입되고 일측으로부터 연장되는 지지편(31)이 형성된 고정브라켓(30)과;
상기 고정브라켓(30)의 지지편(31)측에 위치되고 상기 지지편(31)에 체결되는 체결클립(41)에 의해 후면이 체결고정되며 상기 단열바(20)의 제1부착면(21) 전면에 위치되는 세라믹판넬(40)과;
상기 세라믹판넬(40)이 체결고정되는 상기 고정브라켓(30)의 타측에 위치되고 상기 단열바(20)의 제2부착면(22) 전면에 위치되는 커튼월(50)과;
상기 세라믹판넬(40)과 상기 커튼월(50)을 견고하게 고정하는 방수가스켓(60)과;
상기 단열바(20)의 제1/2부착면(21)(22)과 상기 세라믹판넬(40) 및 커튼월(50)의 후면을 고정하는 우레탄폼(70)이 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼월과 판넬이 구비된 건물 마감재.
