The first and second plug blocks 540 and 550 are plugged with the two wall panels 100 at the external corners, respectively.
The width direction of the first plug-in block 540 is perpendicular to the vertical plate 520, and the width direction of the second plug-in block 550 is perpendicular to the horizontal plate 510.
During assembly, the two wall panels 100 at the external corners are firstly cut in a 45-degree milling mode on the pre-connected side, then the first plug-in block 540 and the second plug-in block 550 are respectively plugged into the two wall panels 100 at the external corners, and the two wall panels 100 at the external corners are connected.
By providing the external corner fixing member 500, the installation of two wall panels 100 at external corners can be facilitated, and the installation stability of the wall panels 100 can be improved.
Further, the first and second plugging blocks 540 and 550 are provided with saw racks 560 on the surface of the wall panel 100 to facilitate the adhesion of the first and second plugging blocks 540 and 550 to the wall panel 100.
Preferably, the wall panel mounting assembly further includes an external corner vertical keel 600 for connecting the two cross keels 220 at external corners to connect the two cross keels 220 at external corners, increasing the connection stability between the cross keels 220.

According to the wall panel installation assembly installation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the wall panel and the hanging assembly are arranged, and the hanging assembly is hung on the original wall, so that the wall panel installation process can be simplified, the construction period is shortened, the cost is saved, the installation efficiency is improved, all components can be directly produced in a factory in an industrialized mode, only simple assembly is needed on site, the rapid industrialized installation is realized, the construction difficulty is reduced, the requirements on the construction technology of workers are reduced, meanwhile, cement mortar or adhesive is not needed, the environmental pollution can be avoided, and the environmental protection effect of decoration is improved.
Referring now to the bathroom as an example, as shown in fig. 2, the installation process of the wall panel assembly will be described.
The right internal corner of the door edge is provided with an initial wall panel, and the whole sequence is provided with the initial wall panel clockwise or anticlockwise, and in fig. 2, the initial wall panel is provided with the anticlockwise. Firstly, a right door side wall panel is installed, and finally, a left wall panel is installed.
A hanger 210 is mounted to each wall panel 100. The cross runner 220 is mounted to the original wall.
When the cross keel 220 is installed, the surface layer at the installation position of the cross keel 220 is slightly pressed to ensure that the wall panel is successfully hung.
And installing an internal corner vertical keel at each internal corner. The bottom of the starting wall panel 100 falls onto the support stand of the bottom bar 720 and moves to abut against the inside corner vertical keel, the inside corner fixing member 330 is used for fixing the wall panel 100, and the vertical joint is used for construction assistance by using infrared equipment, so that the vertical joint is vertical.
If not, the spacer is finely adjusted between the wall panel 100 and the support base of the bottom bar 720, and after the wall panel 100 is vertical, the female member 420 and the cross runner 220 are fixed by self-tapping screws.
The wall panels between the first inside corner and the second inside corner are installed, and one of the wall panels 100 is fixed to the inside corner vertical keel. The wall panels 100 between adjacent inside corners are connected by a sub-piece 410 and a main piece 420.
In the same way, a wall panel 100 between the second and third internal corners is installed.
At the external corners, the cross runners 220 are connected by the external corner vertical runners 600, the two wall panels 100 at the external corners are connected by the external corner fasteners 500, and then the wall panels 100 between the external corner and the fourth internal corner, and between the fourth internal corner and the fifth internal corner are installed.
And finally, mounting the door side wall panel on the vertical keel of the internal corner at the fifth internal corner.

A wall panel mounting assembly, comprising: the wall panel and the hanging assembly comprise a hanging piece and a transverse keel, the hanging piece comprises a left side plate, a middle side plate and a right side plate, the right side plate is arranged on the wall panel, two sides of the middle side plate, which are oppositely arranged, are respectively connected with the right side plate and the left side plate, the middle side plate and the right side plate form hanging grooves, the transverse keel is provided with a supporting plugboard and a fixing surface for fixing an original wall, the fixing surface is parallel to the supporting plugboard, and the hanging grooves are hung on the supporting plugboard;
Further comprises: the bottom box device comprises a bottom box and a bottom rod, wherein the bottom rod comprises a bent plate and a base arranged in the bottom box, a supporting table used for supporting a wall plate is arranged on the base, the bent plate comprises a first vertical plate used for being fixed on an original wall, an intermediate plate and a second vertical plate, the second vertical plate is vertically fixed on the supporting table, the intermediate plate is provided with a front plate surface and a back plate surface used for being abutted against the edge of a box opening of the bottom box, the front plate surface and the back plate surface are oppositely arranged, the first vertical plate is vertically fixed on the front plate surface, the second vertical plate is vertically connected with the back plate surface, and the intermediate plate is positioned between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate.

The wall panel mounting assembly of claim 1, further comprising a splice assembly comprising a sub-assembly and a parent assembly, wherein the sub-assembly comprises a plug and a sub-board, the sub-board is provided with a first plug strip clamped with the wall panel, the plug and the first plug strip are positioned on two sides of the sub-board, the plug comprises a plug board, and a turned edge is arranged on a first side of the plug board in the length direction and is connected with the sub-board; the mother piece comprises a plugging groove and a mother board, wherein the mother board is connected with the bottom of the plugging groove, a second plugging strip which is clamped with the wall panel is arranged on the mother board, and the second side of the length direction of the plugging board is plugged with the plugging groove to connect adjacent wall panels.

The wall panel mounting assembly of claim 1, further comprising an inside corner assembly comprising an inside corner vertical keel comprising a vertical plate and a transverse plate connected vertically, the vertical plate and the transverse plate being connected with two wall panels intersecting vertically, respectively, the inside corner assembly comprising a front plate, a middle plate and a rear plate, the middle plate being connected vertically with the front plate and the rear plate, respectively, and between the front plate and the rear plate, the front plate being mounted on the transverse plate, the rear plate being sandwiched between two wall panels intersecting vertically, the middle plate, the rear plate and the vertical plate forming a socket for plugging with a plug.
4. A wall panel mounting assembly according to claim 3 wherein the transverse plate is provided with a detent and the front plate is provided with a detent projection which is inserted into the detent.
5. The wall panel mounting assembly of claim 4, further comprising a plug connector having a horizontal plug board and a vertical plug board disposed thereon, the plug connector being plugged into the socket, the horizontal plug board being sandwiched between the back plate and the wall panel, the vertical plug board being sandwiched between the vertical plate and the wall panel.
6. The wall panel mounting assembly of claim 1, further comprising an external corner fixing member comprising an insertion plate, a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, wherein the horizontal plate is vertically connected with the vertical plate, one side of the length direction of the insertion plate is arranged at the joint of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate and is positioned outside a surrounding area formed by the horizontal plate and the vertical plate, the included angles of the insertion plate, the horizontal plate and the vertical plate are equal, a first insertion block and a second insertion block are arranged on the insertion plate, the first insertion block and the second insertion block are respectively inserted with two wall panels at external corners, the width direction of the first insertion block is vertical to the vertical plate, and the width direction of the second insertion block is vertical to the horizontal plate.
7. The wall panel mounting assembly of claim 6, wherein the first and second plug blocks are each provided with a saw tooth bar on a face to which the wall panel is secured.
8. The wall panel mounting assembly of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising an external corner vertical keel for connecting the two transverse keels at the external corners.
9. A method of installing a wall panel installation assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
the transverse keels are arranged on the original wall surface;
Installing a pendant on a wall panel;
and hanging the hanging groove of the hanging piece on the supporting plugboard of the transverse keel.
