Claims (7)
- 다수 개의 태양전지들을 포함하는 태양전지 패널;상기 태양전지들 중 하나와 접속되며, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 버스 바;상기 태양전지 패널을 둘러싸며, 상기 태양전지 패널을 수용하는 프레임;상기 프레임 내측에 배치되는 케이블; 및상기 버스 바 및 상기 케이블을 연결하며, 상기 프레임 내측에 배치되는 접속부재를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은상기 태양전지 패널의 측면을 둘러싸는 제 1 프레임; 및상기 제 1 프레임에 인접하며, 상기 케이블을 수용하는 제 2 프레임을 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 프레임은상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 케이블 사이에 개재되는 제 1 서포트;상기 제 1 서포트로부터 연장되어, 상기 케이블의 측면에 배치되는 제 2 서포트; 및상기 제 2 서포트로부터 연장되어, 상기 케이블 아래에 배치되는 제 3 서포 트를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 상기 제 1 서포트를 관통하여 배치되는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는도전체; 및상기 도전체를 둘러싸며, 상기 도전체를 노출하는 제 1 콘택홀 및 제 2 콘택홀을 포함하는 절연체를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바는 상기 제 1 콘택홀 통해서, 상기 도전체에 접촉하고,상기 케이블은 상기 제 2 콘택홀을 통해서 상기 도전체에 접촉하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 프레임 사이에 개재되는 실링재를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
