Claims (7)
- 용해반응기와 염소전해생성기를 포함하는 금속 용해장치에 있어서,상기 염소전해생성기는 각각의 음이온교환막에 의해 분리된 음극실과 양극실이 교대로 복수 개 배치된 구조이고,상기 용해반응기 내의 염소가스가 염소전해생성기의 음극실로 순환되도록 되어 있는, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전기화학적으로 가역산환/환원이 가능한 금속화합물 반응제를 상기 음극실에 투입할 수 있도록 된, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 염소전해생성기의 음극실이 양극실 보다 큰, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 염소전해생성기에는 음극실로 유입된 미반응 염소가스와 음극실 내의 용액을 교반하는 교반기가 더 구비된, 모듈형 순환 구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 미반응 염소가스가 음극실에서 미세한 기포 형태로 토출되도록 하는 다공성 가스 버블러가 더 구비된, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 염소전해생성기에서 생성된 염소가스가 용해반응기로 공급되어 토출될 때 미세한 기포 형태로 토출되도록 하는 다공성 가스 버블러가 더 구비된, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해장치.
- 용해반응기에 염소가스를 공급하여 용해반응기에서 금속의 용해가 이루어지도록 하는 금속 용해방법에 있어서,음이온교환막으로 분리된 음극실과 양극실을 갖는 염소전해생성기에서 염소가스를 생성하여 용해반응기로 공급하고, 용해반응기 내의 미반응 염소가스가 염소 전해생성기의 음극실로 순환되도록 하며, 전기화학적으로 가역적인 산환/환원이 가능한 금속화합물을 상기 음극실에 투입하는, 모듈형 순환구조를 갖는 고성능 금속 용해방법.
