원뿔대형상으로 이루어지며 중앙부에는 내주면일측에 키홈(2a)이 형성된 축삽입공(2)이 관통되고 외주면에는 복수개의 절삭날부(3)가 형성되는 면취용 회전커터에 있어서,
상기 절삭날부(3)는 O.05 ~ 0.20mm의 높이차를 갖는 1차날(3a)과 2차날(3b)이 교대로 형성되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면취용 회전커터.
