Description
도 2의 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광조형 기술을 위하여 표면장력을 이용한 무용기 시스템을 도시한 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 중력방향과 소수성 표면을 고려한 무용기 시스템을 도시한 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무용기 시스템을 구현한 광조형 장치를 나타낸 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 다른 무용기 시스템을 이용하여 구축된 광조형 장치를 이용하여 제작된 성형물을 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (5)
- 광조형 기술을 수행하는 광조형 장치에 있어서,
투명 윈도우; 및
상기 투명 윈도우와 대향하는 표면을 가지며, 상기 투명 윈도우 표면에 수직한 방향으로 이동 가능한 엘리베이터
를 포함하며,
서로 대향하는 상기 엘리베이터와 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 사이에 광경화성 수지가 개재될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조형 장치의 무용기 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 엘리베이터는 상기 투명 윈도우와 대향하는 표면의 가장자리 부분에 경사면을 구비하여, 상기 광경화성 수지가 저장될 수 있도록 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조형 장치의 무용기 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 경사면은 상기 엘리베이터의 가장자리로 갈수록 상기 투명 윈도우 표면으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조형 장치의 무용기 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 엘리베이터와 대향하는 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면은 소수성의 성질을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광조형 장치의 무용기 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 윈도우 표면에 PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane) 또는 PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) 코팅하여 소수성을 부여한 것을 특징으로 하는 광조형 장치의 무용기 시스템.
