Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an exercise amount management system and method, and more particularly, to an exercise amount management system and method using RFID to enable each user to more easily manage his or her exercise amount.
Recently, the necessity of exercise is increasing as social public relations about health and modern people's interest increase. Accordingly, the gym is being used a lot in that it can be easily used in busy daily life and systematic exercise using various exercise equipments.
On the other hand, as each user needs a different exercise method according to the individual's health status, physical fitness, etc., in order to exercise more effectively in such a gym, a professional trainer should select an exercise method suitable for each user.
However, in the conventional gymnasium, it is difficult to systematically and effectively manage exercise for each user as a few trainers manage the exercise amount of a plurality of users because of operating costs.
In addition, the conventional gym has been operated by recording the amount of exercise performed by the user directly to a file or input to the central server, etc., if necessary, so that the amount of exercise performed by the user after using each exercise equipment There was a problem that it is inconvenient to record and view.
Therefore, in the related art, the user often does not record or forgets to record the exercise amount, and as a result, it is difficult to provide a suitable exercise method for the user.
An object of the present invention is to manage the exercise amount of the user by using the Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) to more easily manage the exercise amount of each user, while managing the exercise amount using RFID that can provide the optimal exercise method to each user It is to provide a system and method.
In the exercise management system using RFID according to the present embodiment, exercise information is stored for each user of the RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) card including the user identification information, and upon receiving the user identification information, the exercise information of the user is based on the exercise information.
