Claims (4)
- 변압기의 하우징(12) 내부에 장착되는 절연유탱크(16)의 폭발을 방지하기 위한 절연유탱크 폭발 방지장치에 있어서,절연유탱크(16) 내부의 절연유를 하우징(12)의 상측벽에 형성된 절연유배출공(13)으로 배출시키는 절연유배출관(100);상기 절연유배출공(13)을 폐쇄하도록 결합되며, 절연유배출관(100)으로부터 배출되는 절연유의 압력이 설정치 이상인 경우 파열되는 파열막(110);상기 하우징(12)의 상측벽 외측면으로부터 상향 연장되어 상기 절연유배출공(13) 주변을 둘러싸는 절연유받이벽(200);상기 절연유받이벽(200)으로 둘러싸인 부위를 덮는 덮개(300);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연유탱크 폭발 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연유배출공(13)을 통해 배출된 절연유가 상기 절연유배출공(13)으로 다시 유입되지 아니하도록, 상기 절연유배출공(13)의 가장자리를 둘러싸며 상향 연장되는 유입방지턱(400)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연유탱크 폭발 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 덮개(300)는, 가장자리 부위로부터 하향 연장되어 체결나사(320)에 의해 상기 절연유받이벽(200)과 결합되는 측벽을 구비하며,상기 덮개(300)의 측벽에는 상기 체결나사(320)가 관통되는 부위에 상하로 길이를 갖는 슬롯(310)이 형성되어, 상기 덮개(300)가 상기 절연유받이벽(200)과 결합된 상태를 유지하며 상하 이동이 가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연유탱크 폭발 방지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 덮개(300)의 저면은 상기 절연유받이벽(200)의 상단과 이격되며,상기 덮개(300)의 저면과 상기 절연유받이벽(200)의 상단 사이에 결합되어, 상기 절연유받이벽(200) 외부로의 절연유 배출을 방지하는 필터(500)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연유탱크 폭발 방지장치.
