Abstract
The present invention performs abrasion resistance test, scratch resistance test, surface damage resistance test, etc. of materials (SHEET, LEATHER, CLOTH, nonwoven fabric, carpet, PVC molded products, injection molded products, etc.) used for interior parts of automobiles As a test equipment, friction and friction of the specimen are measured by rubbing the specimen against the specimen under different test conditions. Conventionally, since the operation speed is always constant by using a general motor, it is difficult to carry out the above test in which the operation speed is different, and there is a tendency to overinvestment.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is able to arbitrarily adjust the operating speed and improve the accuracy of the working distance by applying a general motor as a servo motor.
Description
The present invention is applied to test equipment for carrying out abrasion resistance test, scratch resistance test, surface damage resistance test of automobile interior materials.
The present invention is applied to the servo motor in place of the conventional general motor in order to be able to test the test items of different operating speed with a single test equipment. By applying the servo motor which is easy to control the speed, the test items were made possible by one test equipment.
In carrying out the wear resistance test, scratch resistance test, and surface damage test, which are the test items applied to automobile interior parts, the operating speed for each test item is different, so the conventional general motor application test equipment should be equipped with each test equipment. This was possible, causing user inconvenience and overinvestment.
The present invention has been solved by applying a servo motor capable of speed regulation by a user instead of a conventional motor for generating a fixed speed.
According to the present invention, the user can directly adjust the speed by applying the servo motor, so that the test equipment can be measured by one test equipment, thereby reducing the investment cost of the test equipment.
The present invention allows the user to arbitrarily adjust the operating speed for each test item by applying a servo motor instead of the conventional general motor. For example, if the wear resistance test rate of 30 reciprocation / minute, the scratch resistance test rate of 0.2 reciprocation / minute, the surface damage resistance test rate of 60 reciprocation / minute, each test equipment had to be provided in the past, Testing is possible by having only one test equipment.
