Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inner fabric and a down jumper for the down jumper, and more particularly, a down to prevent the down filled inside the jumper from leaking out through the needle hole, and to minimize the phenomenon of the needle hole opening after washing. It's about jumpers.
The down jumper is a kind of winter clothes commonly known as duck down parka, which is filled with a warm duck or goose down between outer and lining. Down is a duck or goose's neck, chest hair and feathers, and the more down, the softer the hair and neck. In general, the ratio of hair to feather is 80:20 or 90:10, and the more hair, the lighter and warmer the use of high quality winter jumpers is increasing day by day.
Unlike the cotton, the down is not united, and each one is independent, so if you wear the down jumper for a long time, the inside of the down jumper will be concentrated down and be struck down.
In order to prevent this, the outer compartment and the lining are sewn at the same time to separate the plurality of charging parts. At this time, a problem occurs that the down leaks out through the needle hole according to the sewing.
In order to solve the problem of leaking down, four layers of fabric were formed, and a method of injecting down in the middle of the second and third layers was used. However, this method has a disadvantage that the weight is heavy because several layers of fabric is used.
Therefore, the situation is required to develop a down jumper that can solve the problem that the down is leaking to the outside without using multiple layers of fabric.
The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a down jumper that prevents a phenomenon in which down charged inside the down jumper leaks out.
In addition, the object of the present invention is to provide a down jumper that can enhance ventilation and breathability while minimizing the phenomenon of needle opening even after washing.
As a means for solving the above problems, the inner fabric for the down jumper according to the present invention is a fabric member having an upper surface and a lower surface, and at both ends of at least one selected from the upper surface or the lower surface of the fabric member It characterized in that it comprises an adhesive layer formed at a position spaced inward a predetermined interval.
The down jumper according to the present invention is located between the down charging portion which is filled with down between the outer and the lining, and the outer and the lining, and an adhesive layer is formed on at least one side of the sewing line sewn together with the outer and the lining to be adjacent to the adhesive layer. It characterized in that it comprises an inner fabric adhered to the outer or lining.
Preferably, the adhesive layer is formed on at least one surface selected from the upper surface or the lower surface of the inner fabric.
Preferably, the inner fabric is characterized in that a plurality of laminated.
Preferably, the adhesive layer is formed on a surface opposite to a surface of the plurality of inner fabric contact.
Preferably, the inner fabric is characterized in that any one selected from non-woven fabric, cloth or rubber.
According to the present invention, the down jumper according to the present invention having the above configuration has an inner fabric having an adhesive layer formed at a boundary portion dividing the compartment of the down filling portion, and a sewing line for partitioning the down filling portion is formed in the adhesive layer so that the adhesive layer blocks the needle hole. As a result, the down charged inside the down charging unit may be prevented from leaking to the outside.
In addition, since the inner fabric is included between the outer fabric and the lining reinforces the outer fabric and the lining weakened by sewing, it is possible to minimize the phenomenon that the needle hole is opened even after washing.
In addition, since the inner fabric is a breathable fabric, the air can pass through the down without leaking, thereby improving ventilation and breathability of the down jumper.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail an embodiment of the present invention. However, in describing the embodiments, descriptions of technical contents that are well known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs and are not directly related to the present invention are omitted.
