Abstract

PURPOSE: A touch screen keypad system and design by the input of dragging is provided to enable a user to conveniently input a vowel and a consonant through a drag input function. CONSTITUTION: The input of consonants is performed by clicking 9 consonant keys and long clicking and double clicking. The input of vowels is performed by dragging one of 8 vowel keys after touching the consonant keys. A final consonant is inputted by touching consonant keys after inputting dragging vowel input.
