Abstract

The present invention is a plastic injection molding of the mask body and the air filtration filter detachable to the mask body and the mask cover can be used interchangeably. A removable funnel is installed at the mouth of the mask body and a one-way exhaust valve is installed at the end of the funnel in order to easily discharge the breath generated during exhalation inside the mask through the one-way exhaust valve.

In addition, in order to remove moisture generated inside the mask due to condensation due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the mask, it is characterized by providing a mask for installing a removable moisture absorbing pad in the lower inner side of the mask.

Description

Mask {MASK}

       BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a mask, wherein the mask is used for contaminated air filtration and cold protection during outdoor activities such as inline skating, bicycle, skiing, and mountain climbing. The present invention relates to a mask that can reduce or remove moisture generated inside the mask.

In general, masks using air filtration filters and cotton materials have poor adhesion between the mask and the face and low filter filtration efficiency of contaminated air. There is a problem that the user feels uncomfortable due to moisture caused by the air.

Conventional anti-vibration masks have a problem in that the mask is wet due to the wetness caused by the nose and mouth pressure and breathing process caused by the mask and the face of the face is in close contact with the mask and the user feels uncomfortable. Especially in cold weather, moisture is generated inside the mask due to condensation caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the mask. In addition, even when the unidirectional exhaust valve generally used in the mask is provided, the breathing is diffused to the entire surface of the mask, so there is a problem that the discharge efficiency of the breathing through the exhaust valve is low.

       In order to solve the conventional problems as described above, the present invention is plastic injection molding the mask body and the air filtration filter is detachable to the mask body and the mask cover can be used interchangeably.

According to the present invention, by installing a funnel and a moisture absorption pad provided with a unidirectional exhaust valve to reduce or remove moisture generated inside the mask in the outdoor activity mask, the user can always wear and operate the mask in a comfortable state.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a perspective view of a mask 1 of the present invention.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the mouth mask cover 3 in which the air filtration filter 4 of the present invention is installed.

The plastic mask body 2 and the lower part of the mouth mask cover are combined through a hinge 201, and the replaceable air filtration filter 4 is attached to the air filtration filter frame 401 to the mask cover 3. A removable funnel (5) having a unidirectional exhaust valve (501) is installed at the mouth of the mask cover (3).

The air filtration filter 4 of the present invention is detachable from the mask body 2 and the mask cover 3 and can be used interchangeably. In order to easily discharge the breath generated when breathing inside the mask through the unidirectional exhaust valve 501, a removable funnel 5 is installed at the mouth of the mask body 2 and a unidirectional exhaust valve 501 is installed at the end of the funnel. This can reduce or eliminate moisture inside the mask.

Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state where an exhaust tube 502 is installed in the funnel 5 provided with the unidirectional exhaust valve 501 of the present invention.

During exercise such as inline skating, biking, and mountain climbing, a soft silicone exhaust tube 502 is inserted into the funnel 5 to reduce or remove moisture inside the mask by directly discharging breath caused by exhalation through the exhaust valve. can do. During inhalation it is possible to breathe through the air filtration filter 4 and the exhaust tube hole (503).

The moisture absorbent pad 7 and the moisture absorbent pad cover 701 that can be replaced with the moisture absorbent pad cover fixing protrusion 702 to remove condensation due to temperature difference between the inside and outside of the mask and moisture generated inside the mask during breathing. The moisture absorption pad cover fixing grooves 703 are installed on the inner bottom of the mask.
