Claims (4)
- 특수 차량의 선형 능동 현가장치로서,상기 차량의 정적하중을 지지하기 위한 수동형 스프링(10);상기 차량의 주행중에 발생하는 상기 차량의 주행정보와 상기 현가장치의 상태정보를 감지하기 위한 센서부(20);상기 센서부(20)의 감지 결과로부터 상기 차량의 수직방향 선형 변위를 계산하고 이로부터 상기 수직방향 선형 변위를 제어하여 상기 차량을 안정화시키기도록 하는 제어신호를 발생시키는 제어부(30); 및상기 제어부(30)의 제어신호를 받아 상기 차량의 자세를 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 수직방향 동적하중을 발생시키는 선형 액츄에이터(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특수 차량의 선형 능동 현가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선형 액츄에이터(40)는,상기 제어부(30)의 제어신호에 따라 회전운동을 발생시키는 모터(41);상기 모터(41)의 회전운동 속도를 감소시키기 위한 감속기(42);상기 모터(41)의 회전운동을 수직방향의 직선운동으로 변환시켜 상기 차량을 안정화시키기 위한 수직방향 동적하중을 발생시키는 변환수단(43, 44); 및상기 모터(41)의 회전축을 지지하기 위한 베어링(45);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특수 차량의 선형 능동 현가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상기 차량의 주행정보는 각도, 수직방향가속도이며 상기 현가장치의 상태정보는 현가장치의 변위,속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 특수 차량의 선형 능동 현가장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 선형 액츄에이터(40)와 평행하게 배치되어 상기 차량의 동적 하중을 상기 선형 액츄에이터(40)와 함께 분담하는 유압식 댐퍼(50);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특수 차량의 선형 능동 현가장치.
