Abstract

본 발명은 LED 발광면에서 출사되는 빛을 원추형 투명렌즈·외주면의 미세하게 다단으로 절곡된 부위에 부닥쳐 굴절시키게 하여 생성된 광도가 강하면서도 절묘한 색상의 빛을 여러 각도에서 조사되므로 인지도가 높아지는 것은 물론이고 식별력이 뛰어나 안전사고의 위험성을 예방할 수 있는 등의 다목적 기능을 가진 자동차 퍼들램프인 것이다

본 발명은 다양한 각도에서 불빛이 조사되고 차량 전체에 사용할 수 있는 램프에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 차량의 휀다시그날 그리고 언더뷰시그날 및 백미러 리미트 등 여러 분야에서 사용이 용이하도록 구성된 것인바 LED 발광면의 중앙부로 출사되는 빛을 여러 각도로 굴절시켜 집중 조사 시킬 수 있는 LED용 렌즈를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다
종래에는 LED에서 출사되는 빛은 반사경을 거쳐 단순렌즈를 통해 조사하기 때문에 조사범위는 넓을 수 있으나 불빛이 분산되어 광도가 약해지므로 특히 야간에는 측면이나 후방의 장애물을 정확하게 인지할 수 없어 안전사고가 빈번하게 발생하는 등의 문제점이 있었다
본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 시정하여 창출한 것인데 LED에서 출사되는 빛은 외주면이 미세하게 다단으로 절곡된 원추형 렌즈에 의해 굴절되어 여러 각도에서 빛이 조사되므로 여러 방향에서 인지할 수 있고 광도가 강해 먼거리에 있는 물체를 금새 알아볼 수 있 등 식별력이 뛰어나 안전 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 다목적 기능을 가진 자동차용 퍼들램프를 제공코저 하는 것이다
투명으로된 램프하우징(1) 내에 외주면이 미세하게 다단으로 절곡(3)된 원추형 투명렌즈(2)를 통공(5)을 가진 반사경(4)과 함께 밀착시킨 다음 LED 발광면(6)을 상기 반사경(4)의 통공(5)에 끼우며 상기 원추형 투명렌즈(2) 하단부에는 ∩형의 오목한 홈(7)이 형성되고 램프하우징(1)의 하단부(8)는 전선(11) 인입공(9)이 천공된 마감재(9)의 요입환부(12)에 끼워져 조립되는 구성이다
도면중 미설명부호 13은 LED 전원단자이고 14는 자동차 기존차량의 사이드미러이며 15는 일반적인 방향지시등이다
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 LED 발광면(6)에서 상측으로 출사되는 빛은 원추형 투명렌즈(2) 외주면의 미세하게 다단으로 절곡(3)된 부분에 부닥쳐 굴절되어 여러 방향으로 집중 조사되므로 그만큼 인지도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 굴절된 빛이 원추형 투명렌즈(2)와 램프하우징(1)을 통하게 되면 광도가 강해져 먼거리에 있는 물체까지 식별할 수 있어 그만큼 안전사고의 위험성이 줄어드는 것이다
상기한 바와 같이 LED 발광면에서 출사되는 빛은 원추형 렌즈 외주면의 미세 하게 다단으로 절곡된 부위에 부닥쳐 굴절되어 절묘하게 빛이 여러 각도로 집중 조사되므로 인지도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 광도 또한 향상되어 식별력이 뛰어난 다기능을 가진 자동차용 퍼들램프인 것이다

Claims (3)

  1. 투명으로된 램프하우징(1) 내에 외주면이 미세하게 다단으로 절곡(3)된 원추형 투명렌즈(2)를 통공(5)을 가진 반사경(4)과 함께 밀착시킨 다음 LED 발광면(6)을 반사경(4)의 통공(5)에 끼우며 상기 원추형 투명렌즈(2) 하단부에는 ∩형의 오목한 홈(7)이 형성되어 구성된 다목적 기능을 가진 자동차용 퍼들램프
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서 원추형 투명렌즈(2) 하단부에는 ∪형의 볼록한 돌기를 형성하여 구성된 다목적 기능을 가진 자동차용 퍼들램프
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서 원추형 투명렌즈(2) 하단부 돌설된 ∪형의 볼록한 돌기 밑부분이
