Claims (9)
- 에너지 발생 장치에 사용되는 압전소자에 있어서,세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 일측면에 연성이 있는 금속판(120)이 적층형성되고, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)의 일단부는 벤딩처리되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)은,상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 길이에 비해 상대적으로 금속판(120)의 길이가 더 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)은,수지접착층(130)에 의해 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 수지접착층(130)은,상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)이 접착되지 않은 영역이 존재하도록 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 길이에 비해 상대적으로 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자.
- 프레임에 압전소자가 배열고정 형성되고, 가압체에 의해 압전소자에 충격을 가해 에너지를 발생시키는 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치에 있어서,세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 일측면에 연성이 있는 금속판(120)이 적층형성되고, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)의 일단부는 벤딩처리되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)은,상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 길이에 비해 상대적으로 금속판(120)의 길이가 더 길게 형성되어, 상기 가압체(300)가 상기 금속판(120)을 가압하도록 하여 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)에 충격력이 전달되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 적층 벤딩형 압전소자는 방사형으로 프레임(200)에 고정형성되고, 상기 가압체(300)는 압전소자의 중심부에 형성되어 회전되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)은,수지접착층(130)에 의해 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 수지접착층(130)은,상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)와 금속판(120)이 접착되지 않은 영역이 존재하도록 상기 세라믹으로 형성된 압전소자(110)의 길이에 비해 상대적으로 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 벤딩형 압전소자를 이용한 에너지 발생 장치.
