Claims (5)
- 집진기(200)에 구비된 흡입구(210)와, 상기 흡입구(210)에 연결된 흡입배관(220)의 끝단에 설치되는 흡입장치(100)에 있어서,상기 흡입배관(220)의 끝단에 설치되는 배출판(10)과;상기 배출판(10)을 감싸도록 설치된 배출덮개(20)와;상기 배출덮개(20)를 관통하여 상기 배출판(10)에 연결 설치된 에어관(30)과;상기 에어관(30)에 연결되어 압축공기를 공급하는 에어공급기(40)를; 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기를 이용한 와류발생용 흡입장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 배출판(10)은 다수의 배출홀(11)이 둘레방향으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기를 이용한 와류발생용 흡입장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 배출덮개(20)는 상기 흡입배관(220)에 이격되어 흡입틈새(24)를 구비한 상부덮개(21)와, 내측으로 상기 흡입배관(220)에 고정된 하부덮개(22)와, 상기 상부덮개(21)와 하부덮개(22)는 둘레방향으로 다수가 구비된 연결살(25)에 의해 고정되며, 상기 연결살(25)에 의해 상기 배출홀(11)과 동일간격으로 배출틈새(23)가 형 성되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기를 이용한 와류발생용 흡입장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배출판(10)과 배출덮개(20)는 상기 흡입배관(220)의 형상과 동일하게 원형, 직사각형, 정사각형등 다양한 형상으로 구비시켜 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기를 이용한 와류발생용 흡입장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입장치(100)는 상기 에어공급기(40)에서 공급되는 압축공기(air)에 의해 발생된 와류로 먼지를 흡입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기를 이용한 와류발생용 흡입장치.
