Claims (3)
- Bi-MRT 시스템의 수지 컬럼에 있어서,급액되는 전해액의 압력을 분산시키도록 원주방향으로 복수의 분사노즐이 설치되는 분배기(distributor)과, 최종 스크린기능을 수행하는 여과프레임(Strainer)이 상부와 하부에 각각 설치되는Bi-MRT 시스템의 수지 컬럼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,부력에 의해 아래쪽의 수지에 가해지는 압력을 완충시키는 PP 비이드(Polypropylene bead)와, PP 비이드보다 비중이 커서, PP 비이드와의 경계부분을 생성하는 상부 글래스 비이드와, 상부 글래스 비이드가 아래로 빠지는 것을 방지하는 여과망과, 수지가 압력 및 유동에 의해 파쇄되는 것을 방지하고자 2차 충격방지기능을 수행하도록 구멍이 무수히 뚫려 있는 가공판과, 목적금속을 흡착하기 위한 Bi-MRT 수지와, 미세한 수지가 유출되지 않도록 1차적인 스크린기능을 수행하는 하부 글래스 비이드가 상기 분배기와 여과프레임사이에 순차적으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는Bi-MRT 시스템의 수지 컬럼.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수지 컬럼의 내부 압력은 3 kgf/cm2 이하로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는Bi-MRT 시스템의 수지 컬럼.
