Abstract

PURPOSE: An electro slag welding machine of a low heat inputs type is provided to simplify equipment without power supply to an additive wire, and to reduce fatigue of an operator without formation of spatter and arc. CONSTITUTION: An electro slag welding machine(100) of a low heat inputs type comprises two ship sheets(111), a backing member(113), copper dipping(115), an additive wire(131), an electrode wire(121), and a power supply part(125). The backing member is arranged on the rear surface of steel sheets. The additive wire is extended to a welding space. The electrode wire is extended to the welding space. The electro slag welding machine is vertically moved according to the steel sheet.
