Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an artificial intervertebral disc, and more particularly, to remove intervertebral intervertebral disc, insert a pocket-shaped membrane into the intervertebral column, and inflate and sequentially insert and expand a plurality of membranes having a small size step by step inside the expanded membrane. The present invention relates to an artificial intervertebral disc that restores and maintains the intervertebral spacing by filling the inner core intertwined with a string inside the membrane to be inserted and expanded, and gives fluidity to expand the range of motion of the patient.
The intervertebral disc is the intervertebral tissue between the vertebrae of the vertebrae, which has strong elasticity and expandability in structure, and plays an important role in the spinal flexion movement and the support of the vertebrae.
On the other hand, if the intervertebral disc is damaged due to excessive force applied to the spine or aging, the function of supporting the spine is lost and the spine escapes or deforms, causing spinal diseases such as intervertebral disc herniation and lumbar deformity spondylosis.
Conventional techniques for treating such spinal diseases have been developed to remove the damaged intervertebral discs and replace them with artificial intervertebral discs, such as cages. There was a problem that limits the range of motion.
Techniques developed to solve this problem include hydrogel hydrogel balloon prosthesis described in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-0036217.
The hydrogel hydrogel balloon prosthesis described in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2008-0036217 described above is replaced by a balloon prosthesis filled with a biocompatible liquid, a polymer, or a hydrogel, by removing part or all of the nucleus pulposus intervertebral disc without removing the intervertebral disc. This technology prevents additional wear of the intervertebral discs.
The nucleus hydration cell balloon prosthesis for nucleus nucleus hydration cell balloon prosthesis does not remove the intervertebral disc and complements the damaged function of the intervertebral disc, but extends its function.
In addition, as a method for supplementing only the nucleus, such as hydrogel hydrogel balloon prosthesis, if the entire intervertebral disc is worn out due to aging, additional surgery is required to replace the damaged intervertebral disc with another artificial intervertebral disc, causing physical and mental burden on the patient. Problems may arise.
The present invention is to solve the above problems according to the prior art. That is, the object of the present invention is to remove the damaged intervertebral disc and insert the pocket-shaped biocompatible membrane into the intervertebral column to expand, and then gradually insert and expand a plurality of membranes having a smaller size into the inserted expanded membrane step by step. By filling the inner core intertwined with the string inside the membrane to be inserted and expanded, it restores and maintains the intervertebral spacing, supports the spine, and at the same time provides a certain range of motion for the movement of the spine.
The present invention as a technical concept for achieving the above object, the opening is formed in the shape of an inflatable bag, woven with a bio-friendly material inserted into the intervertebral, a plurality of membranes having a small size step by step so as to be received from each other, and It consists of a plurality of pieces having a through-hole in the inner core of the plurality of membranes are filled in the innermost, and through the through-holes of the inner core weave the inner core is located inside the innermost And a string inserted into the membrane.
According to the present invention, the intervertebral disc has a strength to accommodate the pressure applied to the spine, and the intervertebral disc is formed through a biocompatible membrane having a compact structure so that the inner core does not escape to the outside, thereby absorbing external shocks and providing fluidity between the spine. It gives the effect.
In addition, there is an effect of supporting the spine by weaving and filling the inner core such as silicon into the innermost membrane located in the plurality of membranes.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

That is, the
Herein, the
In addition, the
The
It is also configured to have a certain strength to withstand the pressure applied to the spine from external impact.
The material of the
The
In addition, the
2 is a view showing that the

3 and 4 are views for explaining a process of inserting the
As shown in (a) of FIG. 3, a
Here, the
In addition, Kaipo 600 is a tool used to lift the broken crushed spinal bone by injecting air into the
In other words, the
