Description

다층 셀룰로오스 구조의 부직포 및 이를 이용한 부직포 마스크{Non-woven fabric using multi-layer cellulose and the mask containing the same}Non-woven fabric using multi-layer cellulose and the mask containing the same}

The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric made of cellulose having a three-layer structure and a nonwoven mask using the same, using a cellulose fiber woven with a slope in the range of 40 to 60 ° on a plane, and more preferably at a 45 ° slope on a plane. It is a multi-layered cellulose structure in which the cellulose fiber located is placed as an intermediate absorbent layer and the outer surface is laminated with cellulose sheets, and elasticity is created vertically and horizontally by the physical properties of the cellulose fiber of 45 ° inclination. The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric and a non-woven fabric mask using the same as well as a moisturizing force, which enables stretching in any direction.

Conventional nonwoven masks consist of a single layer structure, which has a limit of absorbing power due to the single layer, and the flexibility of the nonwoven fabric is not good, so the adhesion to the facial curve is poor. In addition, after the adhesion to the skin, when the moisturizing power to the skin is a single layer type nonwoven fabric, the moisture absorption amount is low, so the skin absorption rate is significantly decreased over time. In addition, the sheet has a property of stretching only in one direction of the longitudinal or transverse direction, or there is no elasticity when it is pulled to attach to the skin, and thus the sheet is torn. Thus, when a curved surface such as a face is attached to a complex skin surface, Due to such problems, people who use it are not satisfied with the feeling of skin adhesion, and most of them experience that the nonwoven fabric does not completely adhere to the skin surface and wrinkles occur.

Korean Patent No. 820073 discloses a multi-layered cellulose structure nonwoven fabric having high absorbency and softness compared to a nonwoven sheet of the same weight by using a cellulose fiber as an intermediate absorbent layer and laminating cellulose sheets on both outer surfaces thereof. However, the nonwoven fabric also has a poor elasticity and did not provide satisfactory skin fit.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nonwoven fabric having elasticity, high absorption and moisturizing power even when pulling in any direction in the longitudinal or transverse direction.

Accordingly, the inventors found that the nonwoven fabric stretches in both longitudinal and transverse directions by placing the cellulose fiber having excellent hygroscopicity at an inclination of 40 to 60 ° on a plane to form an intermediate absorbent layer and laminating cellulose sheets on both outer sides thereof. The present invention was completed by confirming that the non-woven fabric of the same weight can provide a high absorption power and a soft nonwoven fabric.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a nonwoven fabric having excellent elasticity vertically and horizontally, excellent absorption and moisturizing ability, and excellent flexibility, and a nonwoven mask using the same.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the cellulose formed by laminating the both sides of the intermediate absorbent layer and the intermediate absorbent layer made of cellulose fibers woven in a plane of 40 to 60 ° slope, preferably 45 ° slope in the plane Provided is a multi-layered cellulose structured nonwoven fabric comprising a sheet.

The present invention is a nonwoven fabric exhibiting elasticity in both longitudinal and transverse directions, which a conventional nonwoven fabric does not have, and a nonwoven fabric laminated with an cellulose sheet, the cellulose fiber of which is woven at an angle in the range of 40 to 60 °, and the outer surface of which is laminated with a cellulose sheet. When it is used as a mask, it can be stretched vertically or horizontally, and has the advantage that the existing nonwoven fabric which can be stretched only in one direction does not have it. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach to the edge of the face consisting of complex bends and the wrinkles of the mask pack is not generated to improve the adhesion to the skin has an effect that shows an excellent feeling.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a multi-layered cellulose structure nonwoven fabric comprising an intermediate absorbent layer made of cellulose fibers woven to be inclined at an angle of 40 to 60 degrees on a plane and a cellulose sheet for laminating both outer surfaces of the intermediate absorbent layer. It is characterized by using.

In addition, the present invention is characterized by providing a nonwoven mask made of the multi-layered cellulose structure nonwoven fabric.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

The multi-layered cellulose structure of the present invention is composed of a three-layer structure, characterized in that the cellulose fiber woven at a 45 ° slope in the plane as an intermediate absorbing layer and a three-layer structure while laminating the outer surface with a cellulose sheet. By using the cellulose fiber positioned at the 40-60 ° inclined to the multi-layered nonwoven fabric, the elasticity in the longitudinal and horizontal directions that the single-layered nonwoven fabric does not have is possible, and at the same time, the absorbency is high and the flexibility is excellent. And the feeling is excellent.

The multi-layered cellulose nonwoven fabric of the present invention has a thickness of 0.01-2.0 mm, preferably 0.3-1.5 mm, of an intermediate absorbent layer composed of cellulose fibers woven at an angle of 40 to 60 °, and the thickness of the cellulose sheet constituting both outer surfaces is 0.01 to 1.0 mm, preferably 0.1 to 0.7 mm. If the thickness is less than the thickness of the desired nonwoven fabric does not come out, if the thickness is thicker than the thickness is too thick adhesion to the skin is bad, so that the manufacturing of the intermediate absorbent layer and the outer side at the above-mentioned thickness feels soft and moist Feeling is most appropriate

The nonwoven fabric mask of the present invention is manufactured by using the multi-layered cellulose nonwoven fabric, and the cellulose fiber is positioned in the intermediate layer at an inclination of 40 to 60 ° to form a sponge layer so as to have excellent elasticity and transverse adhesion of the longitudinal and transverse sides.

1][Test Example 1]

The stretching force of the nonwoven fabric sheets manufactured in Examples 1-3 and Comparative Example 1 was measured. The rayon nonwoven fabric used was made by Byron Corporation. The elastic force measuring method cut out the rectangular test piece with the nonwoven fabric 50 mm in the horizontal direction, and 25 mm in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to it.

ORIENTEC TELSILON RTC-1210A was used to calculate the elongation rate according to Equation 1 below, and the results are shown in Table 1 below. At this time, the distance between the chucks was 25 mm.

2][Test Example 2]

25 test subjects were selected in order to evaluate the feeling of elasticity and adhesion when the nonwoven fabric mask prepared in Example 4 was used, and the elasticity and the feeling after having the masks prepared in Example 4 and Comparative Examples 2 to 3 were used. A questionnaire survey was carried out for the adhesion, and the results are shown in Table 3 below. The above evaluation was evaluated with relative preference among the mask of Example 4, the rayon mask of Comparative Example 2 and the mask of Comparative Example 3.
