Claims (3)
- 고전압을 인가받아 코로나방전을 일으키는 다수의 방전침이 형성됨과 아울러 배기가스가 통과하는 통과홀이 형성되는 방전전극과, 상기 방전전극의 일측에 설치됨과 아울러 배기가스가 통과하는 통과홀이 형성되는 상대전극과, 상기 방전전극과 상기 상대전극 사이에 절연을 위해 설치되는 전극지지판을 포함하는 플라즈마 반응기에 있어서,상기 반응기의 정전용량이 펄스발생기 출력측 정전용량의 1∼30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리용 플라즈마 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방전전극 또는 상기 상대전극은,상기 통과홀의 직경이 1∼3cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리용 플라즈마 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방전전극과 상기 상대전극은,상기 전극지지판에 의해 서로 절연되어 본체에 평행하도록 다단으로 적층되 는 것을 특징으로 유해가스 처리용 플라즈마 반응기.
