7 is a state diagram used in the LED fluorescent lamp of the present invention.

As shown in the figure, the LED fluorescent lamp of the present invention is provided with a lighting means 110 to be electrically connected by irradiating light by being fitted in a fluorescent lamp socket (not shown).

The luminaire 110 has a cylindrical cover 111 having both ends opened, and a terminal 113a connected to the fluorescent lamp socket, and installed at both ends of the cover 111 to close the cover 111 ( 113 and an LED installed in the cover 111 and arranged at a predetermined interval along a length on a bar-shaped circuit board 115 electrically connected to the terminal 113a of the cap member 113. It consists of 117.

The lighting means 110 is the LED 117 is applied through the terminal 113a of the cap member 113 and the circuit board 115 by the power from the fluorescent lamp socket to emit light to illuminate the surroundings.

In this structure, a cutout 121 is formed in the cover 111, and a metal body 130 is installed in the cutout 121. The cutout 121 is formed along the length of the cover 111 to open the cover 111 closed by the cap member 113, so that the metal body 130 does not block the light of the LED 117. It is formed on the top of 111.

The metal body 130 is installed in an opening formed by the cutout 121 to close the cover 111 and may be fitted into the end portions of the cover 111 facing the cutout 121. ) Is formed in the left and right sides by slidingly fitted to the ends of the cover 111 to cover the cut portion 121 to close the cover 111. In this case, the cover 111 bends the ends inward to the letter B so that the metal body 130 can be easily fitted to the cutout 121.

The metal body 130 installed as described above is formed in a circular arc shape on the surface exposed to the outside so that the entire cross section combined with the cover 111 forms a circle like a fluorescent lamp, and the surface located inside is formed in a flat LED shape. An installation place of the circuit board 115 having the arrangement of 117 is provided and firmly supported.

The metal body 130 is made of a metal such as aluminum having high heat conductivity, and heats heat generated when the LED 117 emits through a surface exposed to the outside to maintain the LED 117 at an appropriate temperature. Significantly extends the life of 117.

In addition, the metal body 130 increases the heat dissipation efficiency by forming a plurality of heat dissipation fins 133 having grooves at predetermined intervals on the surface exposed to the outside to enlarge the heat dissipation area.

As described above, the projection 135 is formed on the metal body 130 that maintains the LED 117 at an appropriate temperature by dissipating heat generated when the LED 117 emits light. The protrusion 135 extends along the circumference of the cover 111 from the left and right sides of the metal body 130 so as to surround the LED 117, and the surface thereof is formed in a curve as shown in FIG. 4, or in FIG. 5. Although not illustrated as shown, or formed by mixing a curve and an angle, but not shown, or is formed in a concave-convex shape or the like, the shape of such a surface is formed in various ways in consideration of the following reflection.

That is, as shown in Figure 6, the projection 135 reflects the LED 117 light irradiated to the left and right sides of the metal body 130 to direct the bottom of the cover 111 to greatly increase the efficiency of the light. In addition, the protrusion 135 further increases the heat dissipation area of the metal body 130 to greatly increase the heat dissipation efficiency.

On the other hand, in order to more effectively reflect the LED 117 light emitted to the left and right sides of the metal body 130, as shown in Figure 7, the surface of the metal body 130 including the projection 135, the first reflection layer ( 141 is formed.

The first reflection layer 141 is formed by applying a reflective material, or is formed by applying a reflective paper or a reflective film or a reflective tape, thereby more effectively reflecting the LED 117 light emitted to the left and right sides of the metal body 130. It will greatly increase the efficiency of the.

Furthermore, the second reflective layer 151 is formed on the surface of the circuit board 115 by attaching a reflective paper or a reflective film or a reflective tape to more effectively reflect the light of the LED 117 irradiated to the left and right sides of the metal body 130. It is increasing the efficiency of light even more.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided an LED fluorescent lamp which greatly extends the LED lifetime by effectively dissipating heat generated during LED emission, and greatly increases the efficiency of light by effectively reflecting the light irradiated to the left and right sides of the LED.
