액상내용물 용기의 정량 배출 구조로서 일회사용시 항상 정량이 배출될 수 있도록 고안된 구조로 용기를 눌러 내용물 배출시 디스크(1)가 이동하면서 정량을 배출시킨 다음 배출구(4)를 차단하고 용기의 내부 공기압과 복원력에 의해서 발생하는 하우징부(2)의 흡입력과 디스크 자체의 부력으로 다시 하우징부(2)의 상단으로 이동하며 동시에 내용물 유입구(9),(5),(6)로 내용물이 빠르게 유입되어 하우징부(2)에 정량의 내용물을 유지시킴.

액상 내용물의 정량 배출 구조{Quantitative liquid eject device}
본 고안은 액상의 내용물을 사용자가 특정한 계량도구를 사용하지 않고도 정량을 사용할 수 있도록 함.

액상내용물 용기의 정량 배출 구조로서 일회사용시 항상 정량이 배출될 수 있도록 고안된 구조로 용기를 눌러 내용물 배출시 디스크(1)가 이동하면서 정량을 배출시킨 다음 배출구(4)를 차단하고 용기의 내부 공기압과 복원력에 의해서 발생하는 하우징부(2)의 흡입력과 디스크(1) 자체의 부력으로 다시 하우징부(2)의 상단으로 이동하며 동시에 내용물 유입구(9),(5),(6)로 내용물이 빠르게 유입되어 하우징부(2)에 정량의 내용물을 유지시킴.
본 고안은 액상의 내용물을 사용자가 특정한 계량도구를 사용하지 않고도 정량을 사용할 수 있도록 함.
본 고안은 액상의 내용물을 사용자가 특정한 계량도구를 사용하지 않고도 정량을 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 일례로 생활용품의 액상 세제나 유연제 등의 사용을 정량을 사용하도록 유도하여 경제적이고 환경에도 도움이 되도록 함.

  1. 본 고안의 중점은 정량을 유지하는 하우징(2)과 내용물 배출을 제어하는 디스크(1)로 일 회 사용 후 빠르고 용이하게 하우징부에 내용물을 흡입할 수 있도록 디스크(1)와 하우징(2)부에 내용물 유입구(9),(5),(6)를 형성하고 하우징(2) 내에서 용이하게 이동할 수 있는 디스크(1)의 구조에 있음.
