Claims (2)
- FMCW(Frequency-modulated continuous wave) 레이다 시스템에서 주파수 선형성 향상 장치에 있어서,외부 제어를 통해서 인가된 제1기준값을 사용하여 기준 주파수를 제1분해함으로써 제1분해값을 생성하는 직접 디지털 합성기와,상기 제1분해값의 하모닉과 스퓨리어스 성분을 제거하여 출력하는 필터와,상기 필터에서 출력하는 값에 외부 제어를 통해서 인가된 제2기준값을 사용하여 비교 주파수를 출력하는 제1분주기와,상기 비교 주파수에 외부 제어를 통해서 인가된 제3기준값을 사용하여 전압 제어 발진기의 출력 신호를 출력하는 제2분주기를 포함하는 비선형 특성 보상기를 포함하는 FMCW 레이다 시스템의 주파수 선형성 향상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1분해값과, 상기 비교 주파수 및 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 출력 신호는 하기 수학식과 같이 계산됨을 특징으로 하는 FMCW 레이다 시스템의 주파수 선형성 향상 장치.<수학식>Fcomp = Fdds / R여기서, Fdds는 상기 제1분해값을 나타내고, Fcomp는 상기 비교 주파수를 나타내고, Fvco 는 상기 전압 제어 발진기의 출력 주파수를 나타내고, Fclk는 상기 기준 주파수를 나타내고, M은 상기 제1기준값을 나타내고, R은 상기 제2기준값을 나타내고, N은 상기 제3기준값을 나타냄.
