Claims (8)
- 면상발열체를 이용하여 형성되는 발열수단;상기 발열수단을 절연시키기는 제 1 절연층;상기 제 1 절연층을 감싸도록 형성되어 상기 발열수단을 재차 절연하는 제 2 절연층을 포함하는 구성을 가지며;상기 제 1 절연층과 제 2 절연층은,산화마그네슘, 슬러리상 절연체, 절연필름 중 어느 하나로 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 슬러리상 절연체로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 절연필름으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 슬러리상 절연체로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 산화마그네슘으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 산화마그네슘으로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 절연필 름을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 산화마그네슘으로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 슬러리상 절연체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 절연필름으로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 슬러리상 절연체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연층은 절연필름으로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 절연층은 산화마그네슘으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리상 절연체는,수산화마그네슘 슬러리(Slurry)임을 특징으로 하는 히터.
