Abstract
이를 위하여 본 고안은, 두 개의 평행한 원형(Ring type)의 코일포머(Coil former: 5)에 두 개의 동축코일(Coaxial coil)을 그 반경만큼 서로 떨어뜨려 코일(Coil: 6)을 감은 전자유도장치(電磁誘導裝置: 7)의 내부에 자속밀도(磁束密度)가 100∼600가우스(Gauss) 범위로 착자(着磁)된 자철광괴(磁鐵鑛塊) 또는 자성 세라믹스(Ceramics) 중에서 한 종류의 자성체(磁性體: 4)를 충전장치(3)에 충전(充塡)한 것을 특징으로 하는 자화장치이다.
본 고안의 자화장치는 자화장치 공급펌프(2)에 의해 집수조(1)의 유입수를 자화장치에 공급하여 집수조(1)로 유입유량의 1∼5배를 반송하면서, 정류기(8)로부터 코일(6)에 직류전기를 인가하여 핵자기공명(核磁氣共鳴: Nuclear magnetic resonance, NMR) 17O-NMR 반치폭(半値幅)의 값을 40∼90㎐ 범위로 물 분자의 집단(Cluster)이 소집단화(小集團化)된 자화수(磁化水)는 자화수 저장조(9)로 보내는 공정에 의해서 물을 자화처리 한다.
