Claims (19)
- 제 1 전극판;제 2 전극판; 및상기 제 1 전극판 및 상기 제 2 전극판 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터;를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 전극판, 상기 제 2 전극판 및 상기 세퍼레이터를 권취하여 이루어지는 젤리롤 타입의 전극조립체;개구부를 통해 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 캔; 및상기 캔의 상기 개구부를 덮는 캡조립체;를 포함하며, 상기 전극조립체의 내주부에 전기 전도성판을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속은 니켈(Ni)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 두께(T)는 0.1 내지 0.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 사각 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 직사각 형상 또는 마름모 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 양 측단은 톱니 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 높이(H)는 1mm 이상이고, 상기 전극조립체의 높이(I)의 1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 폭(W)의 기준이 되는 측단과 상기 측단에서 최인접하는 상기 전극조립체의 내주부 사이의 거리(L)는 1 내지 3.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하 는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 원 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 외주부는 톱니 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 지름(D)은 1mm 이상이고, 상기 전극조립체의 높이(I)의 1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판의 외주부와 상기 외주부에서 최인접하는 상기 전극조립체의 내주부 사이의 거리(L)는 1 내지 3.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극조립체는상기 제 1 전극판에 위치하고 제 1 전극 무지부에 부착되는 제 1 전극탭; 및상기 제 2 전극판에 위치하고 제 2 전극 무지부에 부착되는 제 2 전극탭;을 포함하며, 상기 전기 전도성판은 상기 제 1 전극탭 또는 상기 제 2 전극탭 중 상기 내주부에 위치하는 어느 한 전극탭과 겹치지 않도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극조립체는상기 제 1 전극판에 위치하고 제 1 전극 무지부에 부착되는 제 1 전극탭; 및상기 제 2 전극판에 위치하고 제 2 전극 무지부에 부착되는 제 2 전극탭;을 포함하며, 상기 전기 전도성판은 상기 제 1 전극탭 또는 상기 제 2 전극탭 중 상기 내주부에 위치하는 어느 한 전극탭과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 상기 제 1 전극탭 또는 상기 제 2 전극탭 중 상기 내주부에 위치하는 어느 한 전극탭과 용접되거나 일체형으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극판은 제 1 전극 집전체, 제 1 전극 활물질층 및 제 1 전극 무 지부로 구성되고,상기 제 2 전극판은 제 2 전극 집전체, 제 2 전극 활물질층 및 제 2 전극 무지부로 구성되며,상기 전극조립체는 상기 내주부로부터 상기 세퍼레이터-상기 제 2 전극 무지부-상기 세퍼레이터-상기 제 1 전극 무지부-상기 세퍼레이터-상기 제 2 전극 활물질층-상기 제 2 전극 집전체-상기 제 2 전극 활물질층-상기 세퍼레이터-상기 제 1 전극 활물질층-상기 제 1 전극 집전체-상기 제 1 전극 활물질층-상기 세퍼레이터-상기 제 2 전극활물질층의 순서로 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 전극판;제 2 전극판; 및상기 제 1 전극판 및 상기 제 2 전극판 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터;를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 전극판, 상기 제 2 전극판 및 상기 세퍼레이터를 권취하여 이루어지는 젤리롤 타입의 전극조립체에 있어서,상기 전극조립체의 내주부에 위치하는 전기 전도성판;을 포함하는 이차전지의 전극조립체.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 전기 전도성판은 청구항 1 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 해당하는 전기 전도성판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
