When the air within 10m / s is introduced into the
However, the
In the case of the shipbuilding site, when looking at the state of the abrasive that enters the dust separator (1), it contains a large amount of foreign substances such as strings and wires, which are unexpected. However, a problem that dust and foreign matters accumulate in the
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a dust separator for a surface treated abrasive material, which is very simple in structure and can greatly reduce the occurrence rate of failure, and can greatly improve the removal rate of fine dust in the reused abrasive material.
The present invention for achieving the above object, in the dust separator for efficiently removing the foreign matter from the abrasive is recovered after being sprayed on the surface during the blasting operation, a large amount of various foreign matter, the perforated plate therein from one side to the other direction A separator housing having an air inlet formed at an opposite side of the dust separating part, the lower part of which is separated into an abrasive filling hopper part based on the perforated plate, and is located at the other side of the dust separating part; A rotary screen rotatably installed at an upper end of the separator housing so as to be located at the dust separation unit, and connected with a blasting plant and having an abrasive mixed with foreign substances discharged from the blasting plant being introduced into the dust separator; An abrasive suction preventing partition wall having an upper end portion attached to an upper plate of the separator housing so as to be located at one side of the rotary screen; A first suction pipe connected to an upper end of one side of the separator housing so as to be positioned above the one side of the perforated plate; A second suction pipe connected to an upper end of one side of the abrasive filling hopper part so as to be positioned below one side of the perforated plate; And a main suction pipe having an end portion and a lower end portion of the second suction pipe connected to each other, and an end portion and one side portion of the first suction pipe being connected to each other.
Here, the first and second suction pipes are preferably connected to the separator housing so as to be inclined upward toward the main suction pipe direction from the separator housing.
As described above, the dust separator for the surface-treated abrasive according to the present invention, even if the abrasive is introduced into the first and second suction pipes, causes the abrasive to fall back into the separator housing due to its own weight of the abrasive, thereby greatly improving the recovery rate of the effective abrasive. Not only can it be improved, but there is an effect of preventing the suction pipe from being closed due to the accumulation of abrasives.
In addition, a structure such as a swinging baffle or a sliding baffle is not equipped with a complicated gap adjusting device inside the separator enclosure, thereby preventing foreign substances such as wires and strings from being caught inside the separator enclosure. The failure rate is greatly reduced, and the maintenance is very convenient. The overall structure is very simple, and the manufacturing cost is also greatly reduced.
