- 메인 프레임과, 상기 메인 프레임에 남북 방향으로 설치되는 회동축과, 상기 회동축에 지지되는 서브 프레임과, 상기 서브 프레임에 설치되는 적어도 하나의 태양광 발전모듈과,상기 메인 프레임에 설치되어 상기 남북 방향으로 설치되는 회동축을 해뜨는 시간부터 해지는 시간까지 태양을 따라 회전시키며 태양광 발전모듈에 의한 간섭 발생시 태양광 발전모듈을 역으로 소정각도 회전시키는 백트래킹부를 포함하는 트래킹 수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 그림자 영향을 고려한 태양광 발전장치.
- 메인 프레임들에 지지되어 상호 인접되게 설치되는 복수개의 태양광 발전모듈들을 준비하는 태양광 발전모듈 준비단계와,상기 메인 프레임에 설치되어 상기 남북 방향으로 설치되는 회동축을 해뜨는 시간부터 해지는 시간까지 태양을 따라 회전시키는 트랙킹단계와, 태양광 발전모듈들에 그림자의 간섭발생 시 태양광 발전모듈을 역으로 소정각도 회전시키는 백트래킹단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 그림자 영향을 고려한 태양광 발전방법.
