Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A luminous sidewalk block comprises a base part(11) located at the bottom, and a luminous part(12) which is formed on the base part and emits light upward from the sidewalk block. The base part is formed by mixing sand, cement and water and then curing the mixture. The luminous part is formed by mixing cement 30 parts by weight, sand 50 parts by weight, luminous mineral particles 20 parts by weight, and water and then curing it. The base part and the luminous part are cured at the same time.
