Description
Claims (8)
- 방사체에서 발생하는 전자파로 인해 발생하는 표면 전류를 감소시키는 전자파 저지대; 및상기 전자파 저지대 주변에 표면전류를 감소시키고 구조물의 끝에서 방사되는 회절파를 줄이기 위한 흡수체를 포함하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡수체의 길이를 조절하여 전자파 흡수율 및 상기 방사체의 성능을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전자파 저지대는도전체층으로 형성된 접지층(Ground layer);상기 접지층 상에 형성된 유전체층; 및상기 유전체층 상에 주기적으로 형성된 수 개의 금속 단위셀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 접지층과 상기 금속 단위셀을 연결하는 비아(via)홀을 더 포함하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 단위셀 간의 간격과 크기를 조절하여 원하는 주파수 대역에 따라 표면전류를 감소시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전자파 저감 장치는 휴대용 단말기 등 인체 착용 기기에 사용되어 인체방호에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 저감 장치.
- 방사체에서 발생하는 전자파를 감소시키는 방법으로서,방사체에서 발생하는 전자파로 인해 발생하는 표면 전류를 감소시키기 위한 전자파 저지대를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 전자파 저지대의 주변에 표면전류를 감소시키고 구조물의 끝에서 방사되는 회절파를 줄이기 위한 흡수체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사체의 전자파 저감 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 흡수체의 길이를 조절하여 전자파 흡수율 및 상기 방사체의 성능을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사체의 전자파 저감 방법.
