Abstract
Description
Claims (2)
- (S1) 탄소나노튜브들을 열가소성 고분자를 함유하는 용액에 혼합하여 탄소나노튜브 함유 고분자 용액을 준비하는 단계;(S2) 상기 탄소나노튜브 함유 고분자 용액을 전기방사하여 나노섬유로 된 탄소나노튜브 함유 부직포를 제조하는 단계; 및(S3) 상기 탄소나노튜브 함유 부직포를 상기 열가소성 고분자의 융점보다 높은 온도로 열처리하면서 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브-고분자 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유의 평균 직경은 40 내지 1000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브-고분자 성형체의 제조방법.
