The duct 10 is a duct 10 in which the cleaning tunnel 11 has been proposed by the applicant of the present invention in Patent Application No. 10-2007-86539. In the above patent application technology, the tunnel 11 is formed on the upper portion of the duct 10, but in the present invention, the same technical idea is formed only on the lower portion of the duct 10.

First, the cleaning method of the inside of the duct 10 using the duct 10 in which the cleaning tunnel 11 has been proposed in Patent Application No. 10-2007-86539 is briefly described as follows. As shown in FIG. 3, when the pipe fitting 20 and the duct 10 are separated, a plurality of tunnels 11 are formed in the lower portion of the duct 10.

In each tunnel 11, nozzles 15 through which compressed air is injected are vertically mounted inside the tunnel 11. Only one nozzle 15 mounted in each tunnel 11 is installed step by step along the longitudinal direction of the duct 10 while maintaining a constant distance between the nozzles 15, so that the compressed air in the tunnel 11 When supplied with compressed air is injected into the duct 10 through the nozzle 15, the compressed air injected from one nozzle 15 scatters the accumulated dust by a predetermined interval between the nozzles 15 installed therein By sucking all the dust in the scattered duct 10 through the pump in the diffuser 13, the dust cleaning in the duct 10 is completed.

3 and 4 is an exploded perspective view of the pipe fitting 20 and the spigot 30 according to the present invention. The configuration of the spigot 30 passes through the first insertion hole 22 of the pipe fitting 20, and then the first fitting pipe 31 inserted into the tunnel 11 formed in the duct 10 protrudes to the outside. do. In addition, on the opposite side of the first fitting tube 31, the second fitting tube 32, on which the soft tube 14 for supplying compressed air is mounted, is formed in the same number as the first fitting tube 31, and has a half arc shape. A second insertion hole 34 through which the tube 14 penetrates is formed at the front end thereof, and second sides for firmly mounting the spigot 30 through screws 35 on both sides of the second insertion hole 34. Fixture 33 is formed.

In addition, FIG. 4 is a view of the view of FIG. 3 from below, and a plurality of first insertion holes 22 through which the first fitting pipe 31 of the spigot 30 penetrates are formed under the pipe fitting 20. . 3 and 4, respectively, after mounting the soft tube 14 to the second fitting tube 32 of the spigot 30, the first fitting tube 31 is the first insertion of the pipe fitting 20 After assembling each of the balls 22, the first fixture (23) and the second fixture (33) to face each other and tightly tightened with screws 35, the spigot 30 is mounted on the pipe fitting 20 .

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, a semi-arc shaped friction plate 21 corresponding to the first insertion hole 22 is formed at the bottom of the pipe fitting 20, and the function of the friction plate 21 is illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6. Explain through. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG. 2, and the first fitting pipe 31 of the spigot 30 penetrates through the first insertion hole 22 at the bottom of the pipe fitting 20 as shown in the enlarged circle view of FIG. 5. It is shown that the flexible tube 14 is installed through the second insertion hole 34 formed in the spigot 30.

Although the tube 14 appears to be permanently bent in the drawing, considering that the material is a rubber material with elasticity, the tube 14 is physically and temporarily bent due to the insertion hole 34. Accordingly, when the tube 14 is pulled in the direction of the arrow in the drawing in order to supply compressed air to the tube 14 while the tube 14 and the friction plate 21 are in contact with each other as shown in the enlarged view of the circle in FIG. 5, the friction plate 21 A strong friction force is generated between the tube 14 and the tube 14, resulting in the advantage that the soft tube 14 is not easily removed.

6 is formed on the outer periphery of the second insertion hole 34 of the spigot 30, not the bottom of the pipe fitting 20, the configuration of the friction plate 21, soft tube 14 also through the configuration of FIG. ) Will not be easily removed even if it is forced downward.
