Abstract

A sign device is provided to improve reliability by decreasing the external force applied to a sign board even due to a wind, thereby preventing the damage of a sign board and a sign post. A sign device comprises a post(110) installed to a road(200), and a sign board(120) installed to a horizontal post(115) of the post, wherein the sign board is indicated with letters, numbers, figures, symbols, etc. on one side to provide various information to pedestrians and drivers, and provided with plural through holes to let a wind pass through and to prevent the damage of the post and plural embossings to improve the stiffness of a sign board, and a portion of the embossing are projected from one side of the sign board to the other side, and the remaining embossings are projected from the other side of the sign board to one side to reinforce the stiffness of both sides of the sign board evenly and to be less influenced by a wind.
