Claims (4)
- 기지국에서 데이터 변조를 조정하는 방법에 있어서,무선 인터페이스를 통해 데이터의 패킷들 - 각 패킷은 특정 인코딩 또는 데이터 변조를 가짐 - 을 수신하고,재송신되는 패킷과의 잠재적인 결합을 위해 하이브리드 ARQ 디코더에서 패킷 에러들을 디코딩, 검출 및 버퍼링하며,패킷이 수용 가능한 에러율을 갖는다는 조건에서 확인응답 생성기(acknowlegement generator)에서 각 수신된 패킷에 대한 확인응답을 생성하는 것을 포함하는, 데이터 변조 조정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킷들은 주파수 영역 등화를 갖는 단일 반송파(SC-FDE; single carrier having frequency domain equalization) 무선 인터페이스를 이용하여 송신되는 것인, 데이터 변조 조정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부정 확인응답(NAK)은 패킷이 수용가능하지 않은 에러율을 갖는다는 조건에서 생성되는 것인, 데이터 변조 조정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특정 유형의 인코딩 또는 데이터 변조는 순방향 에러 정정(FEC)인 것인, 데이터 변조 조정 방법.
