Claims (5)
- 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치에 있어서,상기 접착층이 설치되어 기밀성 측정의 대상이 되는 시험편과,상기 시험편이 상면상에 거치되도록 상면이 개구되고 내부가 진공 상태로 유지될 수 있는 프레임본체와,상기 프레임본체의 하면에 연결 설치되어 상기 프레임본체의 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 진공펌프를 포함하는 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험편은,일정 형태의 개구홀이 형성되는 플레이트와,상기 개구홀을 막도록 접착 설치되는 접착제 및 피접착제로 구성되는 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험편이 거치되는 상기 프레임본체의 상면 테두리에는 부타디엔 러버(butadiene rubber) 계열의 점착제가 설치되어 상기 시험편의 탈, 부착이 이루어지는 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프레임본체의 내부에는,진공 상태에서 상기 시험편의 처짐을 방지하도록 편평한 상면에 복수의 홀이 형성된 받침부와,상기 받침부로부터 일체로 이어져서 상기 프레임본체의 내부 바닥면에 지지되는 복수의 지지대가 설치되는 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프레임본체에는,내부의 진공 압력을 측정할 수 있는 압력센서가 설치되는 접착층의 기밀성 측정장치.
