Claims (6)
- 입사된 빛을 흡수하여 전기를 발생시키고, 반사된 빛은 재입사되도록 하는 다수의 수단을 가지는 태양전지판; 및상기 태양전지판의 하단에 설치되어 상기 태양전지판에서 발생된 전기를 전달하는 기판; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 수단은 공동(空洞, Cavity)인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 수단은 태양전지판의 표면과 일정한 각을 가지는 보조용 태양전지판인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 수단은 고랑(Furrow)인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 태양전지판은 굴곡이 형성되어 입체곡면이나 입체다면체의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 입사된 빛을 흡수하여 전기를 발생시키고, 반사된 빛은 재입사되도록 하는 다수의 수단을 가지는 태양전지판.
