Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bath provided in a bathroom to accommodate water for bathing or other purposes, and more particularly, to a folding bath set configured to be foldable so as to reduce the space occupied by the bath when the bath is not in use.
In general, a bathtub is provided in an indoor bathroom, and is a structure that can receive water, that is, store water for bathing or other purposes, and is a facility for modern people, who are tired of busy daily life, to relieve fatigue through bathing.
Referring to Figure 1, the conventional general bath (1) is made of a single body using a marble or synthetic resin or other materials, the interior is formed a space for accommodating water.
The bath configured as described above is generally installed at one corner of the bathroom, has a substantially rectangular shape in accordance with the height of the human, and is integrally fixed to the bottom of the bathroom to occupy a certain space in the bathroom.
Therefore, in order to install a conventional bathtub in a bathroom, the inside of the bathroom should have a space of a predetermined size or more in consideration of the size of the bathtub, so as not to interfere with the user's activity.
However, in the case of a house of medium to large size or more, the size of the bathroom can be designed to be larger than the size of the bathtub can be installed, but in the case of small-sized water, especially in a town house, a multi-family house or a studio, the bathtub may be installed. There is a problem in that the bathroom can not be largely constructed.
Accordingly, the bathrooms provided in the above-mentioned small-sized flat houses often do not have a bathtub, and a simple shower and washing facilities and a toilet are generally installed, so that a person living in such a residential facility may take a bath. There is an inconvenience of having to use another public bath.
Accordingly, the present inventors have been able to improve the space utilization rate of the bathroom, can be installed in the bathroom of a small size, even in the case of a bathroom of a certain size or more to develop a bathtub having a structure that can save the space occupied by the bathtub.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a folding tub having a collapsible structure in order to improve the space utilization inside the bathroom.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a folding bath set comprising a bottom member for forming the bottom of the bath and a front member for forming the front wall of the bath. Here, the bottom member is configured to be rotatable relative to the rear end to be folded back.
The front member is rotatably connected to the bottom member; The bottom member rotates in a direction unfolded from the bottom member so that the bottom member is rotated upward based on the rear end portion.
And the rear of the bottom member may be provided with a rear member facing the front member and installed on the wall of the bathroom to form the rear wall of the bath; The bottom member is optionally folded and superimposed on the back member.
Unlike the above, the tub is installed on the wall of the bathroom, the wall surface of the wall may form a rear wall of the tub to accommodate water.
The sides of the bath are covered by side members; The lower end of the side member may be configured to be rotatably connected to the bottom member so that the bottom member may be folded.
Unlike the above, the side of the bath may be covered by a removable side member.
The folding bath set according to the present invention may further include a horizontal adjustment leg provided on the bottom member for horizontal adjustment of the bottom member.
Here, the horizontal adjustment leg is screwed to the coupling hole formed in the vertical direction through the bottom member; The horizontal adjustment leg is configured to include a rotation manipulation portion at its upper end so as to rotate the horizontal adjustment leg on the upper side of the bottom member.
The bottom member of the bath is configured as described above is preferably configured to be folded automatically or semi-automatically.
To this end, it may further comprise any one of a floor hinge and a spring for folding the bottom member.
Folding bath set according to the present invention having the above-described configuration has the following effects.
First, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, after the use of the bath can be folded to reduce the volume, it is possible to selectively use the space inside the bathroom for convenience.
Second, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, since the side member forming the side of the bath is folded inwardly and folded integrally with the bottom member, the tub folding operation is convenient.
Third, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, the bath is installed on the wall of the bathroom, it is convenient to fold and store the bath without moving the separate space and use it.
Fourth, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, since the wall surface of the bathroom can form part of the bath, the space occupied by the bath can be further reduced.
Fifth, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, since the bathtub can be folded automatically or semi-automatically, it can be manipulated with only a small force, so that even a physically weak housewife or minor and elderly can easily operate. .
Sixth, according to the folding bath set according to the present invention, since the horizontal level of the floor can be adjusted from the upper side of the floor member when installing the folding bath, it is convenient to adjust the horizontal level of the floor.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, preferred embodiments of the present invention that can specifically realize the above object will be described. In describing the present embodiment, the same names and symbols are used for the same components, and additional descriptions and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted below.

Since the tub set has a volume of a predetermined size or more, a large amount of force may be required to fold or unfold the tub set.
Therefore, it is preferable that the tub set can be folded and unfolded automatically or semi-automatically so that the user can fold or unfold the tub set without a large force. A motor, a floor hinge, or a spring can be used.
Here, semi-automatic refers to a structure in which the tub set can be folded or unfolded when the user applies only a slight force to the tub.
Although not shown, a switch for operating the motor and the motor may be installed in the bathtub set so that the bathtub is automatically folded, wherein the motor is preferably capable of both forward rotation and reverse rotation.

In addition, an elastic member such as a spring may be used instead of the motor, and a bathtub set according to the present invention may be smoothly folded or unfolded by using a floor hinge used for a reinforcement door.
The configuration of the floor hinge is generally known in the reinforcement door (Door) field, and further description thereof will be omitted, and the present invention is secondary to that the floor hinge can be applied to a folding bath that is a completely different field than the reinforcement door. It features.
