Abstract

본 발명은 욕조에 관한것으로서 좀더 상세하게는 욕조의 부피를 줄여 욕실의 공간확보를 목적으로 하는 접이식 박스욕조에 관한것이다.

이를 위하여 본발명은 합성수지를 바닥체와 4개의 측면체를 따로 성형을 하여 경첩을 이용하여 각각의 측면체를 바닥체에 결합하는것으로서 성형시 인서트너트를 삽입하여 성형한후 밀압용 방수부재를 양측에 접착시키는 측면체와 계단식으로 사면이 낮게 형성되어진 바닥체를 성형하고 그 낮게 성형되어진 바닥체 사면의 내면에 사방을 빙둘러 밀압용 방수부재가 접착되어지는 단계를 거치며 경첩에의해 바닥체에 결합되어진 4개의 벽체를 전개시 고정해줄수 있는 모서리 고정부재로 고정하는것을 특징으로한다.
