Claims (4)
- 난방수 배관 상에 설치된 복수의 각방밸브 개도를 조절하여 각 방에 공급되는 난방수의 유량을 조절하는 난방시스템 제어방법에 있어서,상기 난방수의 환수온도를 측정하고, 이 측정된 환수온도정보로부터 각 방에 비례적으로 열량을 공급하기 위해 상기 각방밸브마다의 개도량 비율을 연산하며, 상기 연산된 개도량 비율에 따라 상기 각방밸브의 개도가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방시스템 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환수온도정보는 환수온도가 기 설정된 설정온도에 도달하는데 소요되는 도달시간이고, 상기 각방밸브의 개도량 비율은 상기 도달시간의 비율에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방시스템 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각방밸브의 개도량 비율은, 상기 도달시간이 가장 긴 각방밸브의 개도를 최대개도로 설정하고, 나머지 각방밸브의 개도는 상기 도달시간이 짧을수록 작아지도록 상기 최대개도에 대하여 비례적으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방시스템 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 각방밸브의 개도량 비율이 설정되면, 상기 개도량 비율에 따른 각방밸브의 선형자석 위치에 대한 목표전압이 설정되며, 상기 선형자석 위치가 가변되어 상기 목표전압에 도달할 때까지 개도량 조절이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방시스템 제어방법.
