BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the connection and branching of electric wires, and more particularly, to an electric wire connection and branching device which can connect electric wires without stripping them, and at the same time enables waterproofing.

In order to connect and branch electric wires, it is necessary to strip the wires and connect the copper wires tightly and wrap them with tape. This work not only takes a considerable amount of time, but as the post-work period elapses, there is always a risk of leakage due to leakage in the tape processing part, and there is a high possibility of a safety accident during work.

By using the connection device of the present invention in connecting or branching the electric wire, it is possible to prevent the leakage of the electric leakage by the leakage even after the operation without peeling the coating of the electric wire and to allow anyone to work safely and simply.

In FIG. 1, the upper cover 10, the upper rubber plate 15, and the wire connecting plate 17 form the upper end, place the wire to be connected on the lower end of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20, and press the upper end strongly. The connecting pin 18 of the wire connecting plate 17 penetrates the electric wire and enters the pin hole 28 of the lower cover 20 to prevent the wire fixed by external force from falling out. At this time, the upper and lower rubber plates 15 and 25 are strongly adhered to each other to prevent leakage.

Anyone can easily, simply and safely work when connecting and branching wires according to the present invention, and there is no fear of leakage due to leakage even after the work.

Wires can be divided into stranded and single wires according to their type, and the type of work can be divided into the connecting work connecting two shorted wires and the branching work connecting one another from the passing wires.

In the case of the branching operation of the stranded wire, the upper cover 10, the upper rubber plate 15, the stranded wire connecting plate 17 forms the upper end in Figure 1, the lower end is made of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20 The electric wires 72 and 72a are placed on the lower end of the magnetic pole as shown in Fig. 4A.

When the upper end is pressed with a strong force, the fixing hanger 12 of the upper cover 10 is fixed to the fixing hanger groove 22 of the lower cover 20, where the pin 18 of the twisted pair connecting plate 17 is shown in FIG. 5. As in (A), the electric wires 72 and 72a are drilled and fixed to the pin hole 28 of the lower cover 20, and the two electric wires are connected through the pins 18 of the twisted pair connecting plate 17. The pin 18 and the pin hole 28 is prevented from coming out by the external force when the wire is connected, the upper rubber plate 15 and the lower rubber plate 25 is in close contact can be prevented leakage. The rubber plate (16, 16a, 16b, 26, 26a, 26b) of the groove into which the wire is inserted has a certain degree of elasticity and is pressed against the wires by pressing from the top and the bottom of the wire so that it can be waterproof, and the stranded connection plate The connecting pins 18 of 17 can be connected to various wires by arranging the positions differently.

In the case of stranded wire connection, the two shorted wires are connected to each other so that the upper cover 30, the upper rubber plate 35, and the stranded wire connecting plate 17 of FIG. 2 form the upper end, and the lower end of the lower rubber plate 45 and the lower cover ( 40), the electric wires 72 and 72b are placed on the lower end as shown in Fig. 4 (b), and the work is performed in the same way as the branching of the stranded wire.

In the case of disconnection of the single wire, the upper cover 10, the upper rubber plate 15, and the disconnection connecting plate 57 form the upper end in FIG. 1, and the lower end is made of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 50. 72, 72a) is placed on the lower end as shown in Fig. 4A.

As in the above operation, pressing the upper end with a strong force, the top cover fixing ring 12 is fixed to the hook fixing groove 22 of the bottom cover, wherein the arc-shaped end of the blade body 58 of the disconnection connecting plate 57 As shown in Fig. 5 (b), the blade 58a is stripped of the electric wires 72 and 72a as shown in Fig. 5 (b) and in the groove 59 of the lower cover 50 in a state of being directly in contact with the copper wire. It is fixed. At this time, the blade has an oblique angle and each blade is directed to the five parts so that the sheath of the wire can be easily peeled off and prevented from coming out by external force when the wire is connected.

In the case of a single wire connection, the two shorted wires are connected so that the upper cover 30, the upper rubber plate 35, and the disconnection connecting plate 57 form the upper end, and the lower end is the lower rubber plate 45 and the lower cover 60. The wires 72 and 72b are placed on the lower end as shown in Fig. 4 (b), and the work is performed as above.

In the case of branching and connecting work of stranded wires, according to the characteristics of the work, as in the case of the disconnection work, the disconnection connecting plate 57 and the lower covers 50 and 60 during the disconnection work may be used.
