Abstract

The present invention relates to the connection and branching of electric wires without stripping the wires. In the conventional case, when the wires are connected or branched, the wires are stripped of the wires, the copper wires are connected, and the tape treatment is performed, thereby causing a safety accident during operation. In addition, the present invention attempts to solve these problems by causing a leakage problem due to leakage.

In the connection and branching of electric wires, the connecting pins of the wire connecting plate penetrate the wires by pressing the upper end of the upper cover, the upper rubber plate and the wire connecting plate with a strong force on the lower wire made of the lower rubber plate and the lower cover. It is fixed to the pin hole of the lower cover, and the upper and lower rubber plates are closely adhered to each other. At this time, the two wires are connected to each other through the connecting pins of the wire connecting plate and can be prevented from leaking by the rubber plate. Since the connecting pin of the wire connecting plate is fixed to the pin hole of the lower cover, the wire cannot be easily pulled out by external force.

According to the present invention, the operation is simple, anyone can easily and safely connect and branch the wires, and can prevent a short circuit due to leakage after the work.

Description

Connection and divergence of electric wire unit}Connection and divergence of electric wire unit

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the connection and branching of electric wires, and more particularly, to an electric wire connection and branching device which can connect electric wires without stripping them, and at the same time enables waterproofing.

In order to connect and branch electric wires, it is necessary to strip the wires and connect the copper wires tightly and wrap them with tape. This work not only takes a considerable amount of time, but there is always a risk of leakage due to leakage in the tape processing part as the post-operation period elapses, and there is a high possibility of a safety accident during work.

By using the connection device of the present invention in the connection or branching of the electric wire, it is possible to prevent the leakage of the electric leakage by the leakage even after the operation without peeling the coating of the electric wire and to allow anyone to work safely and simply.

In FIG. 1, the upper cover 10, the upper rubber plate 15, and the wire connecting plate 17 form the upper end, place the wire to be connected on the lower end of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20, and press the upper end strongly. The connecting pin 18 of the wire connecting plate 17 penetrates the electric wire and enters the pin hole 28 of the lower cover 20 to prevent the wire fixed by external force from falling out. At this time, the upper and lower rubber plates 15 and 25 are strongly adhered to each other to prevent leakage.

Anyone can easily, simply and safely work when connecting and branching wires according to the present invention, and there is no fear of leakage due to leakage even after the work.

The wires can be divided into stranded and disconnected wires according to the type, and the type of work can be divided into the connection work connecting two broken wires and the branching work of branching the other wire from the passing wire.

In the case of the branching operation of the stranded wire, the upper cover 10, the upper rubber plate 15, the wire connecting plate 17 is the upper end in Figure 1, the lower end is made of a lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20 In Fig. 4 (a), the electric wires 72 and 72a are placed in parallel with the lower end of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20.

When the upper end is pressed with a strong force, the fixing hanger 12 of the upper cover 10 is fixed to the fixing hanger groove 22 of the lower cover 20, wherein the connecting pin 18 of the wire connecting plate 17 is illustrated. 5 As shown in (a), the electric wires 72 and 72a are drilled and fixed to the pin holes 28 of the lower cover 20, and the two electric wires are connected through the connecting pins 18 of the electric wire connecting plate 17. . The connecting pin 18 and the pin hole 28 are prevented from coming out by the external force when the wire is connected, and the upper rubber plate 15 and the lower rubber plate 25 is in close contact can prevent leakage. The rubber plate (16, 16a, 16b, 26, 26a, 26b) of the groove into which the electric wire enters has a certain degree of elasticity and is pressed against the electric wire of various thicknesses so that it can be in close contact with wires of various thicknesses, thereby providing a waterproof function. The connecting pins 18 of 17 may be connected to wires of various thicknesses by arranging positions differently.

In the case of stranded wire connection, the two broken wires are connected to each other so that the upper cover 30, the upper rubber plate 35, and the wire connecting plate 17 of FIG. 2 form the upper end, and the lower end of the lower rubber plate 45 and the lower cover 40 In Figure 4 (b), the two wires are placed on the lower magnetic pole in parallel with each other, and the work is performed in the same way as the branching of the stranded wire.

In the case of disconnection of the single wire, the upper cover 10 and the upper rubber plate 15 and the wire connecting plate 57 of FIG. 3 (a) form the upper end in FIG. 1, and the lower end of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 50. In Figure 4 (a), the wires 72, 72a are placed in parallel to the lower end of the lower rubber plate 25 and the lower cover 20.

As in the above operation, pressing the upper end with a strong force is fixed to the upper cover fixing hook 12 is fixed to the fixing hook groove 22 of the lower cover, at this time arc-shaped end of the blade body 58 of the wire connecting plate 57 As shown in Fig. 5B, the blade 58a is stripped of the wires 72 and 72a and fixed to the groove 59 of the lower cover 50 in a state of being directly in contact with the copper wire. At this time, the blade has an oblique angle and each blade is directed to the outside so that the sheath of the wire can be easily peeled off and prevented from coming out by external force when the wire is connected.

In the case of a single wire connection, since the two broken wires are connected, the upper cover 30, the upper rubber plate 35, and the wire connecting plate 57 form an upper end, and the lower end is made of a lower rubber plate 45 and a lower cover 60. The wires 72 and 72b are placed on the lower end of the wire in Fig. 4 (b) so that the two wires are parallel to each other, and the work is performed as above.

In the case of the branching and connecting work of stranded wires, according to the characteristics of the work, the wire connecting plate 57 at the time of disconnection work and the lower covers 50 and 60 at the time of disconnection work may be used as in the case of the disconnection work.
