Description

Silicone adhesive packing method {Method for packaging silicone adhesive}

The present invention relates to a silicone adhesive packaging method, and more particularly, to a silicone adhesive packaging method capable of preventing the packaged silicone adhesive from contacting the outside air.

Silicon (silicone) is a polymer in which organic-containing silicon (organosilicone) and oxygen are connected to each other by chemical bonds, and are different from silicon, which is a semiconductor material. In the above, silicon is a unique chemical having both organic and inorganic properties, and is classified into various forms such as oil, rubber, resin, and the like. Such silicones are used as insulators, adhesives, brake fluids, waterproofing fluids, breast forming materials, lubricants, and the like as essential high performance materials in the industrial field.

Silicone adhesives are widely used in the automotive, electronics, construction, consumer electronics, and aviation industries because of their high thermal stability, good water resistance, good flexibility, high ion purity, low alpha particle release and good adhesion. The silicone adhesive has a liquid or paste state and is cured upon exposure to air so it is hermetically packaged in a cartridge.

1 is a partial cutaway perspective view showing a silicone adhesive packaging method according to the prior art, Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A.

In the silicone adhesive packaging method according to the prior art, the silicone adhesive 13 is embedded in the cartridge 11. In the above, the silicone adhesive 13 is embedded in the cartridge 11 in a liquid or paste state, and when contacted with air, the silicone adhesive 13 hardens to adhere the adherends to be contacted.

The cartridge 11 is made of synthetic resin, the middle part of which is cylindrical, and one side is opened and the other side is formed to have a conical shape and sealed. The open side of the cartridge 11 is separated from the outside by a plunger 15 in a state in which the silicone adhesive 13 is embedded in the cartridge 11.

The plunger 15 has a shape formed so that the wall surface is wrapped around the bottom surface of the circular plate, the plunger 15 is formed so that the outer surface of the wall contact the inner surface of the cartridge (11). In addition, the plunger 15 is installed inside the cartridge 11 such that the silicone adhesive 13 and the bottom surface of the circular plate are in contact with each other and the outer surface of the wall is not in contact with each other.

The silicone adhesive 13 packaged in the above-described configuration cuts the conical end of the other side of the cartridge 11 with a cutting line a to form an opening (not shown), and then uses a plunger (not shown) with an applicator (not shown). 15) Pressurize. Accordingly, the plunger 15 discharges the silicone adhesive 13 embedded in the cartridge 11 to the outside through the opening by moving in the opposite direction, that is, the other side of the cartridge 11 by the pressure applied. The applicator may pressurize the plunger 15 by pressurized air or by direct contact.

However, the silicone adhesive packaged by the above-mentioned conventional method introduces air between the cartridge and the plunger side during storage or when discharged to the outside by pressing the plunger with the applicator. As a result, since the air introduced into the cartridge is discharged to the outside through the opening together with the silicone adhesive, there is a problem that the silicone adhesive is not discharged quantitatively. In addition, the air introduced into the cartridge has a problem of decreasing the characteristics by increasing or curing the viscosity of the silicone adhesive. In addition, when the viscosity of the silicone adhesive is increased or hardened by the air introduced into the cartridge, there is a problem of lowering the mobility of the plunger at the beginning of discharging.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a silicone adhesive packaging method capable of quantitatively discharging silicone adhesive by preventing air from flowing between the cartridge and the plunger side during storage or use.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a silicone adhesive packaging method that can prevent the flow of air into the cartridge to prevent the viscosity of the silicone adhesive from increasing or curing.

Another object of the present invention to provide a silicone adhesive packaging method that can improve the mobility of the plunger at the beginning of the discharge of the silicone adhesive.

The silicone adhesive packaging method according to the present invention for achieving the above objects is embedded so that the silicone adhesive is located between the plunger and the sealant in a cartridge formed so that one side is open to the plunger and the other side is sealed in a conical shape.

The plunger is formed so that a wall surface is wrapped around the bottom surface of the circular plate such that the outer surface of the wall is in contact with the inner surface of the cartridge, the silicone adhesive is in contact with the outside of the bottom surface of the circular plate, and the outer surface of the wall is in contact. Do not install it.

In the above, the silicone adhesive is in a liquid or paste state.

Wherein the sealing lubricant is composed of a material having a viscosity of 5 to 100 times higher than the silicone adhesive without reacting with the silicone adhesive and solidifying, wherein the silicone in paste, rubber or compound state Consists of.

Accordingly, the present invention prevents air from entering the cartridge in which the silicone adhesive is embedded during storage or when discharging the silicone adhesive to the outside, so that the silicone adhesive is not discharged quantitatively, but the viscosity of the silicone adhesive is increased or cured. There is an advantage that can be prevented from being deteriorated by preventing from becoming. In addition, the sealing lubricant has an advantage of facilitating the movement of the plunger since the filling between the side of the plunger and the cartridge when discharging the silicone adhesive.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the present invention.

3 is a partial cutaway perspective view illustrating a silicone adhesive packaging method according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 3.

In the silicone adhesive packaging method according to the present invention, the silicone adhesive 23 and the sealing lubricant 27 are embedded in a cartridge 21 in which one side is opened to install the plunger 25 and the other side is sealed while having a conical shape. At this time, the sealing lubricant 27 is located between the silicone adhesive 23 and the plunger 25 to prevent air from entering the cartridge 21.

In the above, the silicone adhesive 23 is embedded in the cartridge 21 in a liquid or paste state, and when contacted with air, the silicone adhesive 23 hardens and adheres the adherends to be contacted. The silicone adhesive 23 is usually used when the liquid is discharged using an automatic applicator (not shown) to mount the electronic component on the PCB, and the paste may be used in construction and automobiles.

The sealing lubricant 27 is located between the silicone adhesive 23 and the plunger 25 in the cartridge 21. The sealing lubricant 27 is a paste, rubber or compound having a property of not reacting with the silicone adhesive 23 and solidifying and having a viscosity of about 5 to 100 times that of the silicone adhesive 23. It is composed of silicon in a compound state. In the above, the sealing lubricant 27 may vary in thickness depending on the viscosity. The sealing lubricant 27 should be formed in a thin thickness when the viscosity is high and in a thick thickness when the viscosity is low.

The cartridge 21 is made of synthetic resin, the middle portion of which is cylindrical, and is formed to be sealed while having one side open and the other side conical. Then, the open side of the cartridge 21 is separated from the outside by the plunger 25 in a state in which the silicone adhesive 23 is embedded in the cartridge 21.

The plunger 25 has a shape formed so as to surround the wall surface around the bottom surface of the circular plate, the plunger 25 is formed such that the outer surface of the wall contact the inner surface of the cartridge 21. In addition, the plunger 25 is installed inside the cartridge 21 such that the silicone adhesive 23 is in contact with the outside of the bottom of the circular plate and the outside of the wall is not in contact.

The silicone adhesive 23 packaged in the above-described configuration is formed by cutting the conical end of the other side of the cartridge 21 with a cutting line b to form an opening (not shown), and then compressing it by an applicator (not shown). Pressurizes the plunger 25 with air. Accordingly, the plunger 25 discharges the silicone adhesive 23 embedded in the cartridge 21 to the outside through the opening by moving to the opposite direction by the pressure of the compressed air applied, that is, the other side of the cartridge 21. Let's do it.

At this time, the sealing lubricant 27 fills between the side of the plunger 25 and the cartridge 21 when the plunger 25 is moved. Since the sealing lubricant 27 fills between the side of the plunger 25 and the cartridge 21, the compressed air is prevented from entering the cartridge 21. Therefore, the silicone adhesive 23 does not increase in viscosity or harden to prevent the deterioration of properties, but also to allow the silicone adhesive 23 to be metered out. In addition, the sealing lubricant 27 filling between the side of the plunger 25 and the cartridge 21 can facilitate the movement of the plunger 25 when pressurized by the compressed air.

Since the sealing lubricant 27 prevents air from flowing into the cartridge 21 at the time of storage, the silicone adhesive 23 may be prevented from increasing in viscosity or hardening, thereby preventing deterioration of properties.

As described above, the silicone adhesive packaging method according to the present invention has a property of not reacting with and solidifying the silicone adhesive before sealing it with a plunger in a state in which the silicone adhesive is embedded in the cartridge. A sealing lubricant composed of silicone in paste, rubber or compound state having a viscosity of is filled. That is, a sealing lubricant is filled between the silicone adhesive and the plunger in the cartridge to prevent air from entering between the cartridge and the plunger side during storage or use.

As described above, the present invention is only one embodiment, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the technical spirit of the present invention. It is possible.
