Claims (5)
- 비커스 경도 압흔 측정 계측기 교정을 위해, 비커스 경도 측정 시편의 표면에 압흔의 평균 대각선 길이가 서로 다른 다수개의 비커스 표준압흔이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비커스 경도 압흔 계측기 교정용 표준시편.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표준시편에는 상기 다수개의 비커스 표준압흔의 평균 대각선 길이에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위하여, 상기 각각의 비커스 표준압흔을 특정하기 위한 식별자가 표시된 것을 특징으로 하는 비커스 경도 압흔 측정 계측기 교정용 표준 시편.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 표준시편 표면중 상기 비커스 표준압흔이 형성된 표면의 거울면은 0.1 ㎛ Ra ~0.3 ㎛ Ra인 것을 특징으로 하는 비커스 경도 압흔 측정 계측기 교정용 표준 시편.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 각각의 비커스 표준압흔의 평균 대각선 길이는 20 ㎛ ~ 400 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 비커스 경도 압흔 측정 계측기 교정용 표준 시편.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 표준시편의 경도는 400 HV ~ 550 HV인 것을 특징으로 하는 비커스 경도 압흔 측정 계측기 교정용 표준 시편.
