Claims (5)
- 밸브본체(10)의 관로(12)를 밸브원판(30)으로 개폐시키되 밸브본체(10)에 환형으로 구비된 바디시트(14)와 밸브원판(30)의 외주면에 구비된 밸브시트(34)가 밀착되게 설치되고 상기 밸브시트(34)는 관로의 유체압력에 의해 밸브시트의 접촉면을 밀착시킬 수 있도록 한 백업링(36)이 구비된 것에 있어서,상기 바디시트(14)는 미세간격으로 좌우로 이동될 수 있게 형성된 공간부(18)에 설치되되바디시트(14)의 우측면(141)은 관로(12)의 유체압력으로 바디시트(14)를 좌측으로 가압이동되게 하는 유체압력전달수단으로 바디시트(14)에 구비된 접촉면(14a)이 밸브시트(34)의 접촉면(34a)에 밀착되게 한 구성과,바디시트(14)의 좌측면(142)은 공기공급부(26)로 부터 유입되는 공기압력으로 바디시트(14)를 우측으로 가압이동되게 하는 공기압력전달수단으로 바디시트(14)의 접촉면(14a)이 밸브시트(34)의 접촉면(34a)과 분리되게 한 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유체압력전달수단은,상기 바디시트(14)의 우측상단부와 우측중간단부에는 바디시트(14)의 우측 면(141)에 위치한 공간부(18)내에 유체가 유입되지 않도록 밀착패킹(15)(15')이 각각 끼워진 구성으로 바디시트(14)의 공간부(18)하부에 위치한 우측면(141)에 관로(12)의 유체압력이 가해질 수 있게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기압력전달수단은,상기 공기공급부(26)는 밸브본체(10)의 일측에 형성된 공기유입통로(24)와 연결되고 공기유입통로(24)의 선단은 바디시트(14)의 좌측면(142)에 접하는 위치에 형성되어 공기압력이 가해질 수 있게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바디시트(14)의 좌측상단부와 좌측하단부에 위치한 밸브본체(10)에 밀착패킹(11)(11')을 끼우되바디시트(14)의 접촉면(14a)좌측으로 연장단부(16)가 형성되고 그 연장단부(16)의 상면에는 밀착패킹(11')이 설치된 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공간부(18)의 우측과 접하는 부분에 결착판(22)으로 지지된 지지대(20)를 설치하되상기 지지대(20)의 하단은 바디시트(14)의 우측면(141)에 관로(12)의 유체압력이 간접적으로 가해질 수 있도록 바디시트(14)의 우측면(141)하단과 동일한 수평선상으로 놓여지게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
