The constitution comprises: a container body 4 made of a non-metal and non-magnetic material such as ceramic, loess, glass, or stone; It includes a heating plate 6 of the magnetic body is fixed to the bottom of the container body (4). The heating plate 6 may be fixedly installed in part or the whole of the bottom plate 7 of the container body.

Description

Cooking vessel using for induction range

The present invention relates to a cooking vessel for an induction stove, and more particularly to an induction stove cooking vessel having a main body of a variety of materials other than metal, particularly beneficial to the human body.

Induction range refers to the eddy current generated when a current is applied to the coil installed under the top of the stove, and passes through the bottom of the cooking vessel placed on the top plate. It is a cooking heating means having the principle of heating only the bottom surface of the pot. In order to use the induction stove, the bottom of the cooking vessel must include a magnetic material containing iron (Fe). Unlike the bottom surface, the main body of the container is inexpensive and aluminum, which is a nonmagnetic material widely used for cooking containers, is used. This induction stove is a cooking system that has been in the spotlight recently because the bottom of the cooking vessel is dropped from the top of the stove, the heating is stopped and there is little concern for burns, the thermal efficiency is high, and there is no need for ventilation of the cooking space.

The cooking vessel used for the induction stove is made of two kinds of materials having different properties that the container body is nonmagnetic and some layers of the bottom plate are magnetic. Conventionally, the cooking vessel body has been selected as a nonmagnetic metal.

However, cooking containers used in series other than induction stoves have been activated as a material for cooking containers due to the well-being culture, which has a variety of functional materials that improve taste, benefit the human body, or are harmless to the environment. For example, ceramide-based containers, ocher containers, glass containers or marble-made cooking containers have been widely used in the market for their functionality. However, these cooking containers have a problem that cannot be used for induction stoves. This is because the cooking container itself does not contain a magnetic substance.

On the other hand, a method of evenly dispersing the powdery magnetic powder in the cooking vessel body has been proposed, but since the metal powder is contained in the body in which the food is contained, it is not preferred because it may adversely affect the human body.

An object of the present invention for the above problems is to provide an induction stove cooking container having a structure that allows the use of a variety of cooking containers used in the food taste, human body or environment beneficial materials to the induction stove.

The object of the present invention is a container body made of a non-metal and non-magnetic material such as ceramic, loess, glass, stone (石材); It is achieved by a cooking vessel for an induction range (induction range) comprising a heating plate of the magnetic body fixedly installed on the bottom plate of the container body.

According to the present invention, the heating plate may be fixedly installed by partially or entirely embedded in the bottom plate of the container body.

According to a feature of the present invention, there is provided a cooking container which can be used for an induction stove that requires a magnetic material, a cooking container made of a non-metallic material that improves food taste, is beneficial to the human body, or is environmentally beneficial. Therefore, in many ways, the effect of intentionally extending the range of use of the beneficial induction stove occurs.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings in the detailed description of the present invention will be described in more detail. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a cooking vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the cooking vessel of FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a cooking vessel according to another embodiment of the present invention. 4 is a perspective view of a heating plate according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Cooking vessel 2 is composed of two parts, the container body (4) and the heating plate (6). The container body 4 and the heating plate 6 are made of different materials, the container body 4 is made of nonmagnetic material and the heating plate 6 fixed to the bottom thereof is made of magnetic material.

The container body 4 is made of a non-metal material such as ceramic, loess, glass, stone and non-magnetic material. Each of these materials has its own well-known functionalities (eg far-infrared emission, antibacterial, high heat content).

The specific shape, such as the width, depth or presence or absence of the handle of the container body 4, is an important criterion for determining the use of the cooking vessel, and may be any form.

Hereinafter, the heating plate 6 used in the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The heat generating plate 6 may be an iron plate or an aluminum plated steel sheet having excellent heat resistance, high temperature corrosion resistance, and the like as a thin metal plate made of a magnetic material. Preferably stainless may be used, SUS430, SUS410S, ASTM TP 409 and the like can be used. That is, ferritic stainless steel, which is ferromagnetic in stainless steel, is used.

Iron (Fe) is typical as a magnetic material, but cobalt, nickel or alloys thereof may optionally be used as the material of the heating plate 6. That is, the heat generating plate 6 may be any material as long as it is a magnetic material to which magnets are attached. However, it is more preferable if the workability is good and the thermal strain is similar to the thermal strain of the container body 4 and has heat resistance.

The heating plate 6 may have a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, and may be in the form of a flat plate shown in FIG. 1 or a hole having several holes 8 as shown in FIG. 4. The specific shape of the heating plate 6 may be determined experimentally or theoretically depending on what material the container body 4 is made of.

The specific form of the heat generating plate 6 has little relationship with the core of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can variously change the shape of the heating plate 6 as necessary, all of which are within the scope of the present invention.

Coupling method of the heating plate 6 and the container body 4 will indeed vary. In the case where the container body 4 is cast-molded glass, the container body 4 may be cast after seating the heating plate 6 inside the mold. In the case where the container body 4 is ceramic or ocher, the heating plate 6 may be fixed in advance in the mold and then hardened so as to be integrally filled with loess of paste. Sometimes it may be made by hand, which is also included in the scope of the present invention. The problem of glazing or firing is a subsequent problem and does not limit the scope of the present invention.

The combination of the heating plate 6 and the container body 4 is also a matter that can be changed by those skilled in the art. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the heating plate 6 may be exposed to the surface of the bottom of the bottom plate 7 of the container, and the heating plate 6 may be completely embedded in the bottom plate 7 as shown in FIG. 3. May not be exposed. Since the embedding degree of the heating plate 6 may be arbitrary, it may be embedded so that only a part of the heating plate 6 is exposed to the surface.

In the case where the container body 4 is a stone, a method of compressing by bonding to the surface using an adhesive or molding by pressing may be used. The container body 4 may comprise useful minerals such as elvan, germanium.
