Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an assembly for panel joining, and more particularly, to a hollow panel joining assembly capable of simply and firmly joining a hollow panel to a structure.
In general, the panel coupling member is used for stably coupling the panel to a predetermined structure, and the type of coupling member is also variously classified according to the coupling form.
This coupling member is also used when joining a honeycomb hollow panel to the structure.
Conventionally, a screw is mainly used to couple a hollow panel to a structure, but there is a problem in the coupling state due to the structural characteristics of the hollow panel. In other words, the hollow panel is difficult to maintain a stable state of screw engagement since the inside of the hollow panel is empty.
For this reason, after the edge frame is installed on each of the edge portions of the hollow panel, a situation in which a method of joining the edge frame and the structure to each other using a screw is used.
However, since the hollow panel coupling structure as described above requires an edge frame separately, not only the overall component is increased but also the work process is increased.
In addition, since the screw is directly coupled to the structure through the hollow panel, the coupling may be difficult depending on the type of the structure, as well as a number of problems arise when replacing the hollow panel, the head of the screw is a hollow panel There is a disadvantage of protruding out of the plate surface.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a hollow panel assembly that can not only easily combine the hollow panel to the structure, but also stably maintain the bonding state.
