Claims (14)
- 미생물이 담지되고, 외부로부터 공급되는 황입자와 산소가 상기 미생물에 의해 황산염이온화 되는 반응조;상기 반응조에 물 시료가 유입되는 물 시료 유입구;상기 반응조에 공기가 공급되는 공기 유입구;상기 물 시료 유입구로 유입된 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도를 측정하는 제 1 측정부;상기 물 시료 유입구로 유입되는 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도 데이터를 저장하고, 물 시료 유입구에 장착된 펌프의 속도 및 유입되는 공기의 양을 조절하는 제어부;유입수와 상기 반응조 내의 황산염이온이 생성된 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도의 변화 데이터 값을 통해 물 시료의 독성여부를 판단하는 제 2 측정부; 및상기 제 2 측정부를 통한 독성검사가 종료된 물 시료를 배출하는 유출구를 포함하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응조의 온도를 일정 온도로 유지하는 항온장치;상기 반응조 내의 전기전도도 측정값이 기준치를 벗어나면 경보를 발생하는 경보장치; 및상기 경보와 동시에 정밀분석용 샘플을 채수 및 보존하는 샘플채수장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응조는 연속식 또는 배치(batch)식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 물 시료 유입구상에 구비되어 하천수를 유입하는 기능을 수행하는 펌프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미생물은 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속의 미생물은 완전 독립영양미생물 또는 임의성 독립영양미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속의 완전 독립영양미생물은 티오바실러스 퍼록시단스(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans), 티오바실러스 알베르티스(Thiobacillus albertis), 티오바실러스 프로스퍼러스(Thiobacillus prosperus) 및 티오바실러스 티오옥시단스(Thiobacillus thiooxidans) 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속의 임의성 독립영양미생물은 티오바실러스 애시도필러스(Thiobacillus acidophilus) 및 티오바실러스 쿠프리누스(Thiobacillus cuprinus)중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지장치.
- 반응조에 황입자를 투입하는 단계;상기 반응조 내에 미생물 접종 및 활성화시키는 단계;상기 반응조에 물 시료가 유입되는 단계;상기 반응조에 공기가 공급되는 단계;물 시료 유입구로 유입된 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도를 측정하는 단계;상기 물 시료 유입구로 유입되는 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도를 저장하고, 물 시료 유입구에 장착된 펌프의 속도 및 유입되는 공기의 양을 조절하는 단계; 및유입수와 상기 반응조 내의 황산염이온이 생성된 물 시료의 pH 및 전기전도도의 변화 데이터 값을 통해 물 시료의 독성여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,측정된 상기 전기전도도 값을 기준치와 비교하여 수질이상(기준치 미달)을 감지했을 시, 경보를 울리는 단계; 및상기 경보와 동시에 정밀분석용 샘플을 채수 및 보존하는 단계를 더 포함하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 미생물은 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속의 미생물은 완전 독립영양미생물 또는 임의성 독립영양미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 티오바실러스(Thiobacillus) 속의 완전독립영양미생물은 티오바실러스 퍼록시단스(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans), 티오바실러스 알베르티스(Thiobacillus albertis), 티오바실러스 프로스퍼러스(Thiobacillus prosperus) 및 티오바실러스 티오옥시단스(Thiobacillus thiooxidans) 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 황입자를 이용한 수중 독성탐지방법.
